Cozy, quiet holiday home in a small village in the Bündner Oberland. Up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom. Small seat in front of the kitchen.
For skiing, the Disentis ski area has a well-developed network of ski slopes up to an altitude of over 2,800 m. In summer, the hamlet of Mutschnengia is the ideal starting point for many beautiful hikes and mountain bike tours.
Ideal for reading a book or preparing for an exam.

Amazing location, easily accessible mountain walks. Not too far from amenities. Loads of character and space in the traditional wooden cottage. All facilities in good working order. Communication with the owner was excellent. Could do with a bit more cleaning of upholstery/ Beddings etc and frequent insecticide spraying.

Dieses äusserst ruhig gelegene Haus ist ein einzigartiges Bijoux, ein warmes Nest, eine idyllische Wohlfühloase aus vergangenen Jahrhunderten, aber auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Frühlingsskitouren in der Region. Die Besitzerin ist äusssert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer spiegelnde, nach Putzmittel riechende weisse Wände und Böden und einen grossen Flachbildschirm braucht, um glücklich zu sein, ist hier am falschen Ort. Hier eignen sich die neu erbauten, grossen und hässlichen Bauten in den bekannten Ski- und Sportdestinationen besser. Auf Wiedersehen in Mutschnengia !

Es war Traumhaft. Mit den Kiddis durch den Schnee, der mehr als 30cm lag. Umgebung super und auch mit Kindern gut zu Wandern. Das Haus war gut zu finden und ausnahmslos ausgestattet. Wir hatten zwar noch Handtücher mit, aber sonst war alles da. Wir waren mit 8 Personen vor Ort. Durch die Grösse kann man sich aber auch zurückziehen. Sehr zu Empfehlen, Vielen Dank. LG Enrico

So stellen wir uns urigen Urlaub mit einer großen Gruppe in den wundervollen schweizer Bergen vor. Alle in einem Haus, das sicherlich schon viele Jahre erlebt hat. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und lässt sich mit dem Grundofen wunderbar im Wohnzimmer heizen. Auf den üblichen Komfort muss man nicht verzichten. Die Lage des Hauses ist aus unserer Sicht fantastisch: In einem kleinen Weiler hoch über dem Tal, morgens Sonne im Wohn-/Essbereich und die super Hängebrücke in der Nähe (ca. 80 m). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und alle konnten gut ausspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten die Ruhe, die wir wollten. Super tollen Schnee, zwar auch mal Regen, aber die letzten beiden Tage Sonne pur. Mir hat das so richtig gut gefallen, war die Aussage eines Urlaubers. Schöne Spaziergänge im Schnee, Schlittenfahren perfekt, alles gut. Das Haus hatte den Platz den wir benötigt haben. Wir waren 10 Personen, eine Familie mit den "Anhängen" der beiden großen Kinder. Ein tolles, großes Bad. Wollte sich einer zurückziehen, war das auch möglich. PERFEKT!!!

Sieht auf den Abbildungen besser aus. Der obere Bereich konnte nicht mitbenutzt werden(oberes Bad war abgeschlossen) Waschbecken lief fast nicht mehr ab. Beleuchtung in der Küche ist durch. Tischdecke und Vorhänge sind zerschlissen. Ein Schuppen verdeckt die Aussicht ins Tal.

Ausstattung insgesamt familiär und ausreichend. Bäder gut bis sehr gut. Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet. Betten OK aber kleine Bettdecken, im Sommer egal. Einige Räume sehr niedrig. Direkt hinter dem Haus wundervolle Hängebrücke mit Wanderwegen. Empfehlung, da Preis zu Leistung passt. Nettes kleines Dorf! Im Sommer für Wanderungen und Ausflüge perfekt, Winter kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Haus in einem fantastischen Bergdorf

Wir haben Ende Mai schöne Tage in Mutschnengia verbracht- mit herrlichen Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus oder mit einer kurzen Anfahrt. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen Dorf, der Blick auf die Berge ist grandios. Im Nachbarort Curaglia ist mit einem sehr gut sortiertem Laden und einem Gasthaus alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch der unkomplizierte Kontakt mit Familie Schwindl hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist groß, die große Stube mit dem sehr schönen Specksteinofen ist gemütlich. Einzig der teilweise etwas zu praktische (Laminat-) Ausbau des urigen alten Hauses hat uns, die wir alte Häuser lieben, etwas enttäuscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dos familias amigas con hijos compartimos la casa y disfrutamos de unos días maravillosos. La casa tiene todas las comodidades necesarias aunque algunas habitaciones tiene las puertas pequeñas. Eso le da un aire todavia más singular. En cualquier caso muy recomendable por la buena relación calidad/precio.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem urigen Ferienhaus hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Im ganzen Haus herrscht durch das Holz eine wohlige Atmosphäre. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wesentlich umfangreicher als das, was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigten. Die Bäder sind ziehmlich neu und ausreichend groß. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, sodass man hier wunderbar schlafen und sich ausruhen kann. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch; die Hängebrücke mussten wir noch am Ankunftsabend betreten. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Schafstall mit neugierigen Bewohnern. Das kleine Dörfchen ist wie aus einer alten Zeit. Dies war für uns zum Goldwaschen eine ideale Unterkunft. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus Schwindl war sehr angenehm. Es liegt in einem idyllischen, winzigen Dorf am Berg. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, nur Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen. Durch die vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Aufenthaltsräume findet jeder genug Platz für sich und für gemeinsames. Die Bäder und Küche sind größtenteils modern. Im Wohnzimmer kann man gemütliche Winterabende am Specksteinofen verbringen. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und zuverlässig.
