the staff was very helpful and responded promptly to all my questions online.

The apartment has shared facilities, and the guest rooms are separated by a door with zero soundproofing. I could hear the other group clearly, which made for a very loud stay. This lack of privacy wasn't clearly stated on Booking.com

La vista es preciosa, la cafetera y que las toallas y las sabanas estaban muy limpias

Realmente no es un apartamento ,son consultorios que tienen camas modulares las cuales pueden plegarse a la pared, para nuestra familia fue realmente decepcionante, las fotos dan idea de que es grande pero no es asi, la verdad me senti engañada No hay aire acondicionado pero por la epoca no fue necesario..no se como se hara en verano. Cometi la equivocacion de no leer que el baño y la cocina es compartido, corrimos con la suerte de que las otros dos consultorios no estuvieran ocupados, realmente seria muy incomodo para todos, no se como podrian preparar algo en esa cocina que con 2 personas ya esta llena o que todos pudieran lavar. Es adecuado para una pareja que viaje de mochileros, que no busquen comodidad y que no tengan problemas en compartir baño y cocina.

Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad waren sehr sauber. Anweisungen waren gut und verständlich. Hotline gut erreichbar.

Wir mussten jeden Abend mindestens ein Mal die Hotline anrufen, um ins Gebäude zu gelangen. Einmal mussten wir knapp 15min in der Kälte warten Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Lage / Betten

Zu beginn kam man nicht ins Gebäude. Das Zimmer konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden. Im Gang war das Licht immer wieder von anderen Gästen angeschaltet worden und nicht wieder gelöscht. Ich musste 12 mal austehen und das Licht löschen. Es war keine erholsame Nacht. Die Storen waren extrem verhockt und nicht leich gängig. Preis / Leistung stimmte nicht.

No sabíamos que no tenía aire acondicionado y las noche fueron muy calurosas aunque abriendo las ventanas con el ventilador

Buena opción para tomar el Bernina Express. Bien ubicado y con una vista impresionante.

La vista es inmejorable y la cama cómoda. Hay lavadora y cocina completa con cafetera y cafe incluido.

Estuve un poco confundido con las instrucciones y el check in.
