Exclusive townhouse with a wonderful view from Canelli's elevated old town. 100 m² house and annex, enclosed courtyard with garden, spa pool, and outdoor shower, several viewing terraces overlooking the town.
3 bedrooms (5 sleeping spots), bathroom and extra toilet, fully equipped kitchen for 5 people.
The house was newly renovated in 2026 and beautifully furnished with private classic furniture, coordinated colors and lighting, bookshelves, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, linens, etc.
Charming staircase path 'Via degli Innamorati' down to Canelli center. 150 meters to the nearest restaurants.

It was a wonderful time there in the house. ☀️
From the house you have an incredible view of the sea from above.😊
The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. When it's hot, the air conditioning and ice cube maker keep you cool.👍
The espresso in the Bar Contra is the best. The bar is near the house.
There are also walking paths and swimming areas for the dogs.🐶🐶
From the house there are 450 steps to a small public bathing area, also alowed for dogs. It is possible to walk this path in a serpentine fashion. It is a lovely walk.🏃♀️
There is also a dog beach next to the bathing beach directly in Recco.🐶🐶
Recco is an interesting town.
The people here are very friendly, also with the dogs.😊🐶
Portofino is not far away and you can park there before driving into town and walk along a path above. The path is in the shade and you have a wonderful view of Portofino from there.☀️
Me and my dogs had a wonderful and relaxing time. 😊🐶🐶

Great location and views. The house is a great base but most of the time is spent outside. Good for a seaside holiday. The stairs to reach the house from Recco is challenging. You need to be fit and in good shape.

Sehr ruhige Lage, aber sehr beengte Zufahrtsstraßen, schnelle und zügige Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, als die Klimaanlage zunächst nicht funktionierte, aber kein WLAN (nicht zeitgemäß), kein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank, keinerlei Einführung vor Ort. Schade, das Objekt ist insgesamt durchaus positiv zu bewerten.
