Great location and apartment

Great location in a relaxed beach town. Amazing view from the kitchen and living room. It was nice to have access to the yard, hot tub, beach chairs and paddle boards. Great communication when we were arranging our arrival. Andy was wonderful showing us the apartment

So many stairs. We did know before we booked the apartment to reach the apartment there were 3 flights of stairs. There is an additional flight to reach the front door from the street and the parking garage is below ground and a flight up too.

Beautiful view of the sea.

Beautiful view of the sea and the birds in the morning. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, very spacious.

Poor internet connection. Washer and dryer are not in unit and shared with other unit. We were told we could use them any time, but the person cleaning the other unit kept leaving linens and towels in them. Will not stay again only because of the 120+ stairs one must climb to get to the unit - not good for bad knee.

Thoroughly enjoyed our memorable visit enjoyed both Recco and Comogli easy enough walks to both.

The property was as described built in 1800 it retains much of its original grandeur. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. The view from all windows offered something and from the living room and kitchen great views of the the whole bay. We really enjoyed the garden and BBQ. The real stars were our hosts Stefano and his trusty Labrador huge smile really went the extra mile. Excellent communication and generous with his time

The number of steps are a challenge if you have any mobility issues but we’ll worth the effort. The beach was Ok but a bit disappointing.

Beautiful weekend getaway in Recco

We decided to stay in Recco because of the parking, and the easy ferry access to San Fruttuoso and Portofino. The cute fishing village of Camogli is a 20-30 minute walk around to the next bay. We loved our little loft apartment. Next time we book we hope the two bedroom apartment on the next floor down is available, so we can admire the beautiful views. Lovely swimming with a cool little bar right on the beach. Stefano was a wonderful host on arrival. You need to meet him at a pre-arranged time, as there are a lot of keys to explain with the different gates to access the property, beach, and kayaks etc... but it's so worth it! I only wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back.

Magnifica vacanza in villa sul mare

La villa ha una vista pazzesca sul mare le stanze sono ampie i soffitti alti e in cucina anche affrescati la casa è arredata con un bellissimo stile e con pezzi di arredamento molto ricercati. Il giardino è fantastico e anche il passaggio privato in spiaggia è un elemento unico

Sehr entspannender Urlaub in malerischem Dorf mit wenig Touristen

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit schönen Zimmern und guter Ausstattung sowie unmittelbarem Meeranstoss und schöner Aussicht. Grosses Anwesen mit Garten und angenehmer Umgebung.

Viele Treppen um ans Meer zu kommen mit unterschiedlichen Toren und Schlüsseln dazwischen. Aber das ist schon Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Cudowny pobyt w Recco.

To wspaniała, stara willa z dużym, przyjemnym ogrodem. Niesamowicie malowniczo położona. Czarujący klimat oraz romantyczne widoki na morze i okolice robią mega robotę. Obiekt posiada prywatne zejście do nastrojowej plaży. Blisko do miasteczka oraz doskonały punkt na spacery po okolicy.

Niestety brak windy pokutuje uciążliwym i męczącym wejściem na poddasze w którym był nasz apartament. Osobiście żałuje braku okna z którego można byłby rozkoszować się widokiem na zacną okolicę. Były tylko połaciowe w dachu.

Wohnung entsprach leider nicht der Buchung

Außergewöhnliche Lage, großzügiger Garten, eigener Strand mit Beachbar

Wir hatten eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung im 3. Stock gebucht, im Voraus komplett bezahlt und dafür auch die Bestätigung bekommen. Bei der Ankunft allerdings wurde uns ein 1-Zimmer-Appartment im 4. Stock unterm Dach ohne Blick nach draußen zugewiesen. Den versprochenen tollen Blick von einer Villa direkt überm Meer gab’s nicht. Wir haben die Buchung vorgezeigt und um Klärung gebeten, aber es hieß die anderen Wohnungen wären nicht frei und es gab alle möglichen Ausreden, wie zB dass der 1. Stock nicht mitgerechnet wird, der 4. Stock deshalb der 3. wäre usw. Die Fotos auf der Buchungsbestätigung entsprachen auch nicht der Wohnung, die uns zugewiesen wurde. WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert. Von der Wohnung bis runter zum Strand sind es ca 200 Stufen und man muss die sehr befahrene Hauptverkehrsstrasse überqueren. Das sollte man vorher auch kommunizieren. Die schöne alte Villa hat Geschichte und Charme, der Garten ist großzügig und an für sich toll, es stehen Liegen und Grill zur Verfügung, aber Entspannung an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist das nicht unbedingt. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen seitens des Eigentümers. Schade und enttäuschend!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Der Garten ist phenomenal! Schöne Wohnung in einer geschichtsträchtigen Villa. Wir haben zwei Nächte in Recco verbracht, um zwischendurch nach Portofino zu fahren. War die richtige Wahl, da es um die zentral gelegene Unterkunft herum nicht überlaufen war und wir mit Einheimischen angenehme Kontakte hatten. Andy hat uns als Gastgeberin gut betreut.

Einziges Manko waren die Fenster im Dach, aus denen man ohne Leiter nicht rausschauen konnte. Wer wie wir mit Kindern reist, sollte bedenken, dass jegliches Gepäck ein paar Gehminuten vom Parkplatz und in den 4.Stock getragen werden muss.

Zadowalające warunki, ale trzeba się przygotować na dużo schodów.

Dobra lokalizacja, prywatne zejście na plażę schodkami, lezaki, kajaki i deska sup do wypożyczenia. Wydzielony parking 200 m od obiektu. Ogródek w którym można było odpocząć i podziwiać widok na morze. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, sprawna klimatyzacja i wygodne łóżka. Czysto, zapewnione wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Dobry kontakt z hostem obiektu, który czekał na nas żeby wszystko pokazać.

Przy rezerwacji widziałam wszystkie zdjęcia z willi, bez rozróżnienia na apartamenty, piękne kuchnie z malunkami na suficie i widokiem na morze z okna... Po rezerwacji dostałam informację że nasz apartament jest na 3 piętrze (w rzeczywistości to bardziej 4 piętro - poddasza), bez windy, a widok z okna mogę zobaczyć stając na drabince. Było to delikatnie rozczarowujące.

Diese Villa ist das Paradies!

Neben der großzügigen Wohnung kann der Garten mit Liege und Grill und beruhigendem Blick über das Meer genutzt werden. Es gibt einen privaten Zugang zum Meer. Wäre die Gegend nicht so wunderschön, könnte man gut auch den ganzen Tag vor Ort verbringen. Fragen Sie Stefano nach der besten Pizza der Stadt. Die ist zu empfehlen!
