We had a really enjoyable stay. The condo is very cute with lots of upgrades. Nice ocean view and covered deck. The unit is on the first floor but still utilized the elevator when unloading and loading our car. Karl was quick to respond when I texted that we were arriving 30 minutes early. He very graciously let us check in a bit early. This was our first time to Amelia Island. The historic part of town is very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well furnished and stocked with everything needed! Clean, well maintained, and perfect for our stay.

There was a beach view but only from outside deck.There wasn’t any view of beach from inside and if you wanted to see sunrise you had to go to a different part of resort. Furniture was very poor inside and outside.Rugs were in tough shape a specially the runner rugs were a trip hazard. Bedrooms were good but master could use a better curtain or shade on slider.
