Newly fully finished to the highest standard, this 400 year old beachfront Villa located in the centre of the UNESCO listed town of Perast in Kotor bay, offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living, dining and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have double beds and two bedrooms have two singles in each. Each bedroom and living area is equipped with dedicated air conditioning and internet access throughout.
In addition, the Villa has two large and unique main external living areas - A very private rear courtyard with wet edge swimming pool, sun bathing area, dining and BBQ facilities. The front waterfront area, with lounging, dining and adjoining wharf for sunbathing and swimming. There is off street parking with remote control sliding gate. Bed linen, bath and beach towels are supplied.
The villa is located in the centre of the Perast town within very short walking distance to quality cafe's, restaurants and a view to the islands. Guests are met on arrival by the caretaker, who will show Guests through the Villa and answer any questions you may have or remain in contact to assist wherever necessary. Perast is within a 20 minute drive to Tivat airport, 1.5 hours to Dubrovnik and 2 hours to Podgorica.
