Seafront luxury 5 bedroom villa TOMA, near Kotor, in bay of Boka Kotorska. Fabulous property is surrounded by sea from 3 sides with private sea access and stone wall that surrounds garden thus ensuring privacy. One car garage and one extra parking place is available. There is a BBQ and dining furniture in the garden. Ground floor includes kitchen, dining room, living room, library, bathroom, toilet and laundry. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first and second floor plus kids playing room. There is a possibility of renting speedboat for excursions.

Our stay was amazing, and the house way better than the photos. It is a great house, beautifully decorated, and it is simply amazing 1 minute you are inside the house and next you are swimming in the beautiful bay. It is very private while you are in the landscaped garden under olive trees. We are definitely coming back again

We booked Villa Toma for our family visit to Montenegro. We were visiting our daughter who is based there and serving in the US Peace Corps. The house is easy to access from Dubrovnik's airport--just a 1 hour drive. Having the sea as our swimming pool was a real treat. The rooms were spacious and the house offers enough breathing room to make everyone feel comfortable. We enjoyed many homemade meals on the outdoor grill with seaside terrace dining. Our hosts were so gracious. They drove us to Tivat to pick up our rental car (which you need if you're staying here). They took us shopping on the day of our arrival to find provisions for our stay. Throughout our 2-week vacation, they were just a text message away and facilitated everything from water taxis to dinner reservations. We can't thank them enough for making our family time truly memorable. The house has an iron and we were able to wash our clothes and hang them to dry. A few more pillows on each of the beds would have been dreamy, and maybe bring some earbuds to block out nighttime road noise from passing cars as the Villa sits on a busy road---but other than that---it was perfection.

The property, the host and the country were all great. It was our first trip to Montenegro and we enjoyed every day. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful with recommendations and advice. The villa was exactly what we wanted; a location in a smaller town with easy access to more popular destinations like Porto Montenegro, Kotor, etc. Great food choices very close.We absolutely recommend Villa Toma, our host and discovering Montenegro.

Beautiful house directly on the water

One of our best vacations. A big private house having the sea as its backyard. Beautiful location. We went on sups, used the houses kayak, rented a speed boat for a day, fished and travelled to the nice villiges in the area. The owners were exceptionally helpful and outgoing. They gave us many important tips and showed us around including nesrby supermarkets. Must also check out the oyster farm located nearby. In short a beautiful home and great vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Toma. The house was very much as advertised,in very good order and a lovely aspect looking over the bay and mountains, with the bonus of swimming from the house steps. Jelena and Andrej were very prompt in replying to questions and Andrej provided a very welcome personal service when we arrived, showing us the local amenities which was thoughtful and appreciated. And finally thank you to Dragan who provided local fresh fish. Excellent! Many thanks Shah and Helen.

Beautiful Location, Excellent House - just perfect

Location wise it can't get much better - direct seafront, breathtaking views and crystal clear water. The house has everything one needs (incl. WiFi), though the interior design is a bit eighties. The owners, Andreij and Jelena, are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. If you want, you can have Dragan and his wife - the house wizards... - stay with you, ccok for you, clean up etc. But that is entirely up to you. Basic shopping is one km away, a large supermarket about 15 minutes by car. The place is highly recommended and I will definitely go there again!

Arrivando via mare con la barca, la villa si presenta nella sua tipica costruzione, maestosa e ampia. Protetta da un muricciolo in sasso, all'interno un giardinetto rilassante. Tutti quanti, eravamo in 8 persone, abbiamo potuto sistemarci ottimamente. Ampi spazi, puliti, ottimo servizio, cucina di qualità, pesce fresco, mare pulito. Panorama meraviglioso con vista di Perasto, antica cittadina e l'isola di San Giorgio. Kotor, città antica protetta dall'Unesco, è meravigliosa, tanta storia e cultura. L'ospitalità di Andrej è stata eccezionale, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Sicuramente, se ci sarà l'occasione, ritorneremo.

My wife and I stayed at this Vila during our holiday in July and our experience was absolutely superb! We were looking for something that was nice and relaxing with beautiful views and privacy, and this Vila definitely exceeded our expectations. The ambient was fantastic and very clean inside and out, including the water which was crystal clear.. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing, not to mention the views which were just "breathtaking"! The Vila owner Andrej and the people taking care of the apartments Dragan and Rada were very warm and friendly. Andrej took us on a tour with a speedboat to 'Plava Spilja' and it was wonderful day out. Workers Dragan and Rada prepared delicious food including their speciality 'mediterranean seafood', which is the most tasteful and mouthwatering seafood we have ever tried. Overall it was a very luxurious experience for us, one we would definitely recommend to anyone and one we will try again!
