The house is located a bit out of town. Melinda was helpful and quick to respond to questions and concerns. We didn't have any issues while at the house. The pool collapsed before we arrived and Melinda compensated our group. The beds were a little firm for me, but that is subjective some like a firm bed. The house clean and roomy. We enjoyed our time.

This was a very convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Austin and San Antonio. All furnishings in the home were comfortable and plentiful. The only negative was the pool. We chose this rental because of the pool and were disappointed that it was unusable.

Melinda was great at communication. The property was mostly comfortable for us and our dogs, but the house seemed as if someone was actively living there. When we walked in, we felt immediately like we were intruders in someone’s full-time home. The dishwasher was completely full of dirty dishes when we got there. There was a truck we could see in the window parked in the locked garage and personal items in the home. There were perishable food items in the cabinets. There was a light on in the garage when we got back to the house one night, and then the next night it was off. Overall, the house made us feel slightly uncomfortable.
