Nice property at that price point. Thanks for the early checkin as we were traveling for a funeral. However, the internet was so painfully slow that nobody could access their apps. 26 mbps is not enough bandwidth for 5 people and a tv.

The home was in a safe and quiet location. It felt cozy as if we went to visit one of our grandmothers. We travel with our dog so she absolutely loved the backyard! Spacious home that allowed us to take space from one another if we needed.

This ranch style property needs an update.... very tired furnishings and deco. Television in the living room was only size of a computer screen... too small for the size of the room. No bathroom amenities (toiletries) were provided. Primary bathroom's towel hardware was not properly attached to the sheetrock with Molly screws and kept coming out of the wall. Primary bedroom's mattress was not covered with a mattress pad just a sheet. AC unit did not uniformly keep the home cool.. kitchen was always much colder that the bedrooms. Rug in the kitchen was a trip hazard. The washer and dryer needs to be updated very old, old style.
Outside light fixture near front door needs to have stronger lighting.
We would have left a message to the homeowner about our concerns but there was not any paper or a pen for any communication.
Generally speaking, the house is very basic and would benefit from a facelift.
