Villa Reus is a charming and spacious single-storey house located just 260 metres from the impressive Alcudia Bay. In this area, the extensive beach with turquoise, warm and crystal-clear waters is perfect for families with children, as the sea depth is very low and safe.
Muro Beaches is also an ideal meeting point for cyclists and surfers, thanks to its excellent infrastructure and specialized services. From professional routes to family rides, the area offers options for everyone. Hiking enthusiasts will also find a wide variety of nature trails here.
This area also stands out for its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere: chill-out bars right on the beach, restaurants with exquisite local and international cuisine, and a varied offer of water sports such as kitesurfing or windsurfing in designated areas.

The living-dining area is a very comfortable open space for groups of up to 8 people. The living room, bright and cosy, features comfortable sofas, large satellite TV, air conditioning, fireplace and free WiFi. The dining room has a large table to enjoy meals and dinners together.
The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is complemented by an independent utility room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing area. From here, access is gained to a porch with an outdoor dining area perfect for al fresco meals. Additionally, at the rear there is a garden area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying summer evenings.

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

The house very good located in platja de muro. Close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. It is in a quiet place , so you can enjoy the nice garden.

Das Haus ist sehr freundlich ausgestattet und hat in der Küche alles, was man braucht zum kochen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Babys und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Busstation ist sehr nah und der Bus bringt einen überall hin, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und viele Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Die Spars in der Nähe sind mit dem wichtigsten ausgerüstet, wenn man sparsam sein will, kann man etwas weiter laufen oder sogar mit dem Bus zu Lidl fahren.
