200 meters from the beautiful beach of Muro, in the Bay of Alcudia, with direct access through a beautiful pine forest, this cozy terraced duplex consists of 4 double bedrooms, large living room, modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms , laundry, huge terraces and more than 150 meters of private garden with portable pool. Suitable for up to 8 people, it has among its facilities air conditioning (hot and cold), washing machine, dryer, outdoor barbecue, TV in living room and bedroom and a nice porch, excellent for outdoor meals. Located in a very quiet and natural environment, it is ideal for families with children and people who love tranquility and rewarding walks in a safe area.

We really enjoyed the house - so close to a wonderful, family-friendly beach and other services. The pool was great for our kids and we found the house perfect for two families. Great communication with the owner. Thanks so much for such a memorable experience!

The house is located in a dead end street which makes it very quiet. The path to the beach goes through a beautiful pine forest and the shops for every day needs are five minutes walk away. There is a pool in the garden which provides additional entertainment for the kids. There is aircondition in every room which is very pleasant for the hot nights in August. The only thing we struggled with is the ants which are tiny and always find their way into the house somehow. Other than that we had a fantastic time and enjoyed this perfect location a lot!!! Thank you Joan, we will be back:)!

We were a party of 8, 6 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed including the bbq which we used a lot. The renovation gives the house an even more refined look and the small pool was a bonus. The property is close to the beach although we didn't go there much as there was a lot of seaweed during our stay and we wanted to discover the other gorgeous places. There are shops and supermarkets nearby as well as a lot of places to eat. Joan was very kind and easy to work with.

The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake.
