This beautiful and luxury 4-bedroom villa sleeps 8 people and has a private pool and breath-taking views over the azure Mediterranean. Villa Eventail is located on a quiet street in a residential area with only local traffic. Your car can be parked in a parking bay. Due to its ideal location just 1200 meters from the beach, and its spacious design, Villa Eventail is the perfect holiday location for families.
Villa Eventail is a fully detached villa, located at street level, and has a living area of 200m2. The entrance is on the first floor where you will find the fully furnished living room with fireplace. The living room has large sliding doors leading to the balcony. From the balcony you have stunning views over the Mediterranean. On this floor you can also find the fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. The ground floor is divided into 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The stylish, modern interior of this well-maintained villa is light and has a very cosy, warm ambiance.
On the side of the villa is the beautiful garden and a lovely private pool, which can be reached by down a short flight of stairs. As well as taking a refreshing swim, you can also relax around the pool on the sun loungers provided. In the evenings you can cook delicious meals on the stone BB to enjoy al fresco on the covered terrace. This beautiful villa, near Tossa de Mar, will let you totally unwind during your holiday and is fully equipped with everything you may need! Experience the typical Spanish lifestyle in the sun!

Santa Maria de Llorell
Santa Maria de Llorell is conveniently located near Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, at a distance of just 3 and 8 kilometres respectively.
This idyllic residential area has its own sandy beach, several community pools, a carp pond, a supermarket, a restaurant and an internet café, as well as views of the green hills and the Mediterranean. There is opportunity to park near the beach, and the beach bar serves drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Santa Maria de Llorell is secured with barriers, to limit access to the facilities from outside and to ensure safe keeping.

Tossa de Mar
Tossa de Mar, on the Costa Brava, has many relics from the era in which the city originated. Because life on the coast became more dangerous through incursions by the enemy, the inhabitants erected ever higher walls around the city, that can still be seen today. The famous castle of Vila Vella, with its narrow passageways and stairs, has remained almost completely intact! This place exudes so much romance and has a lot of excellent fish restaurants where you can enjoy a wonderful evening out.
Tossa de Mar also has a beautiful broad sandy beach where many activities are organized, and where you can participate in various water sports. Of course you can also just enjoy a stroll along the promenade and relax on one of the many terraces. If you prefer to flee the hustle and bustle of the Spanish coast for a while, take a trip to the green areas around Tossa de Mar, where you will find yourself in an oasis of calm, and you can witness traditional crafts such as pottery and basket weaving.
The centre of Lloret de Mar is excellent for shopping or to sample the famous nightlife, and is only 11km away!

Calm and quiet area, very nice view from the balcony. The beach and little shop was in a walking distance.
Didn`t liked the fleece blankets for sleeping. It would be good if wifi and basic facilities ( e.g toilet paper, paper hand towel, laundry detergent, hairdryer) were in the house. Loved the pool area.

SatTV was not working, not woers as we didn't need it.
Kitchen equipment could be better. If eight persons could stay, for each should be a coffee cup/ glas available.
Also some bigger pot / pan would be helpful when cooking for eight.
The BBQ places was really great...

Good quality and clean villa located 10 mun walk from beach and 10 min drive from Tossa. The pool is spotless and combined with the outdoor bbq, fridge and eating area, you hardly need to stay indoors. Would definitely book again.

Some aspects of the Villa were disappointing. There was no AC or WiFi, although we were aware of this before we booked. No fans were available and we had to purchase from a local supermarket.
All the outdoor furniture (beds and chairs) was in poor condition, some to the point of being unsafe.
