The property presented as per the listing. It was clean, conveniently located and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and rooms were well appointed. It definitely had the regional town feel that we were hoping for and plenty of things to keep the kids entertained too. It was a lovely property. We did however have an issue with the cleaner attempting to enter the property multiple times before the checkout time, and while the host was apologetic, this absolutely put a dampener on the stay and gave us all quite a scare. I do hope this communication lapse is addressed for future guests.

We had a lovely break in Mudgee on our way back from the Warrumbungles. The air conditioning andcomfortable beds were much appreciated, as well.as the excellent food the Town has to offer. Our teenagers love the Town swimming pool.
