Everything was super clean and the beds were awesomely comfortable
A little light on crockery for six adults staying together and eating in but we survived :).. As the booking was for the Mudgee Classic cycling event weekend the price was pretty high but the accommodation was certainly top-end

Well labelled amenities. Nicely furnished for our baby to crawl around.
Cockroaches, but that's hard to avoid on ground level in an area like that I suppose. One appeared in the kitchen and another appeared on the couch in the evening. Outdoor seals should be checked.
