Very big apartment with awesome ocean views. It is 5 mins walking to the beach. Everything that you needed is in the appartment, all appliances work fine. The rental agency is very responsive, although you need to contac them during working hours (including saturday morning)
It is not very sound proof. Internet did not work during our stay, but we got a 4g sim card from the property as workaround (it was not possible for the technician to check it out on time).

Le ménage était limite (côté morceau de verre cassé et résidu de déchets
Les odeurs d'égouts arrivant
L'accès au parking une peu sportif et problème avec la serrure
L'accès à la véranda (attention la poignée intérieure est prête à céder)
La ventilation de la 1er sdd fait beaucoup de bruit
Changer les lumières de l'autre sdd
La climatisation salle de vie ne fonctionne plus
Lave vaisselle ne vidange pas
