Bel appartement " au pied " de la plage et du chemin de ronde idéal pour les ballades sans prendre son véhicule.

La proximité avec la mer pour des balades à pied,pas la peine de prendre la voiture.Une belle terrasse pour un très beau couché du soleil.
Rosas est bien en cette période de fin d'année, il faut juste penser à faire des courses car tout est fermé, nous avons trouvé un resto ouvert le 25/12 à Empuria.Je recommande cet appartement pour l'hiver.
Il fait très froid dans l'appartement car manque d'isolation, et très bruyant par les voisins du dessus
