About this house rental

This lovingly furnished semi-detached house is located right near the beach and the dike (a 100-meter walk).
The vacation home is in a very central yet quiet location, on a side street in Burhave. There is a parking space and a carport in front of the house. The living and bedroom areas feature laminate flooring. A large living/dining room with an open kitchen serves as the central hub. The two bedrooms feature high-quality single mattresses (dimensions: 200 x 180 + 200 x 160); one of the bedrooms (the master bedroom) is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
The bathroom is like new, modern, and has a glass shower.
The living room features a spacious sofa bed along with satellite TV (55-inch),
a DVD player, a telephone (optional with Wi-Fi), and a stereo system.
The garden is accessed through a large sliding door. There you’ll find a covered patio (5x3m) with wooden flooring, a 4-person seating set, a cozy beach chair, a parasol, and a private lawn area. The house also features a multipurpose room housing the washer and dryer. Adjacent to it is a small shed with 2 lounge chairs, a new kettle grill (charcoal), and other equipment/beach accessories.
