Take a walk on the beach, surf, swim with dolphins, watch for whales, go fishing, enjoy fabulous views, there is something for everyone to enjoy in our paradise. We had a fabulous vacation! This condo has a simply spectacular view - sun rises every morning and moon rises at night and ocean wave sounds all day. The location also provides for maximum sunlight as it’s on a south corner of the building. The owners were highly responsive to my question about the TV satellite and there was a maintenance person there within the hour to assist. The condo is very spacious and had all of the amenities we needed, including common spices, oils, etc. I would recommend a rental car or Uber as there aren’t many places to walk to for dining. However Zippers next door on the beach was great ! Also notable is that the grounds were nicely maintained. The only thing that could use a refresh is the fitness center. It’s ok, but definitely doesn’t match the standard of the rest of the complex. Overall, this is a fantastic oceanfront condo!

Condo was great. Right on the beach. on the 3rd floor, there was ALWAYS a breeze. we enjoyed the Terrace every day. The condo is well equipped. Security helped us find the elevator (on arrival). Security notified us when we left our car lights on, which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

I rent multiple VRBO homes every year for pleasure and business. This property is very unique. First of all it is very private for a condominium. Secondly I love that they have the place stocked with enough essentials to last your trip. When we arrived we had soda, booze, spices, etc etc. Usually during the cleanup process from the previous renter everything is raided to the point of needing to buy the most basic of essentials like salt and pepper!! Not this place. We had aluminum foil baggies and full bottles of vodka and tequila. If someone leaves it, they leave it. We tried to pass it forward as we thought this was so cool. Any way the balcony is fantastic, we enjoyed grilling and watching the surfers. The property has excellent security and we loved the location being between San Jose and Los Cabos. Thanks so much for renting us your condo!!!Mark
