Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Suitable for 4 guests.
The apartment is of exceptional quality and finish. Double glazed windows infuse the apartment with light. With marble flooring, original art works and contemporary design furniture. Central air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The open-spaced living area has 2 sofas, TV, DVD player and hi-fi. Large dining table and chairs. The kitchen, with separate entrance, is equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances, including oven, washing-machine and dishwasher.
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm), a desk and a built-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom complete with bathtub. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe.
The second bathroom is on the corridor. With washbasin, WC and shower.
The apartment provides unique skyline views of the city. The living room faces east, from where you can watch the sunrise. The master bedroom faces west, from where you can enjoy the sunset. Pure magic of light.

Great location. Nice place. There is no double sofa bed in the living room. The one there is single and not working. I would recommend.

Excelente departamento en el barrio El Arenal, muy cerca de todas las locaciones históricas de Sevilla, del centro y a pocas cuadras de Triana (apenas cruzando el puente). Esta muy bien porque pese a su ubicación muy céntrica el barrio es muy tranquilo. Desde la ventana principal hay una muy bonita vista de la Giralda y la Catedral de Sevilla.El departamento es amplio y esta muy bien equipado.Todas las descripciones que hay sobre el departamento son correctas, por lo que nuestras expectativas se cumplieron.No dudo en recomendar este lugar para alquilar y tener una excelente estadía en la magnífica Sevilla
