This cosy, quiet and light-filled garden-level apartment is ideally located at the corner Frishman/Kikar Dizengoff, one block from the lively neighborhoods of both Ben Yehuda and Bograshov (restaurants, bars and shops). Just 6 min walk to the beach, you will be able to enjoy all of Tel Aviv city's facets!
The apartment has been fully renovated. The bright and welcoming atmosphere results from an intimate decoration with vintage furniture carefully hunted. This perfect combination of cosiness and romanticism creates the sense of a little piece of heaven in the heart of Tel Aviv.
On garden level, the apartment (70 sqm) sleeps up to 4 people over 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen-size bed, the other one with 2 individual beds. The open plan living space connects the TV living room, the dining area and opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stoves, micro-wave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso machine, etc. Bedding and towels are provided.
Exceptionally well connected to the city’s public transportation services (Ben yehuda/Dizengoff/Pinsker): 10’ to Jaffa with bus 10; 10’ to Shuk Hacarmel with bus/shirout 4; 15 to Central Bus & Train station with shirout 5. Self-service bicycle rentals station at 100 m.

I stayed here with my fiancé & one other friend. We had a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect(close to restaurants, the beach, the market & pharmacy). Everything worked well in the apartment (air, tv, laundry machine, good shower). The hosts were also sooo welcoming & super easy to connect with if we ever needed anything!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Fabulous welcome by the owner Carole, with detailed info about the apartment and surrounding area. The welcome provisions were also really appreciated. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Tel Aviv and we could easily get around by foot. Perfect place for a family.

Just spent a week with wife and daughter in this wonderful appartment. Many of the attractions of Tel Aviv could be reached on foot - the beach is only a few minutes away, the Carmel Market and the amazing Art Musuem etc., are all easy to get to. The appartment itself was immaculate with a very comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen, a shady garden terrace, air-conditioning and a great shower. We were very well looked-after by Elie, who greeted us with loads of tips about what to see, where to eat, etc. He was always ready to help or answer questions - which he did very promptly. What could be better than watching the sunset from the beach while drinking a cocktail, then wandering back to our home-from-home. Strongly recommend.

They were very informative and friendly.
They had some food for us the night we arrived.
Eli went above and beyond the call of duty by changing his internet subscription service and installing cable so that I could have my two weeks of meetings in peace.
There was plenty of space. The shower was great.
They will be doing some modifications after we left to improve the place.
The outside space would be great for the hot months.
VERY conveniently located, walk to the beach and many places.
