About this apartment rental
This bright, quiet, spacious (100 sqm) and refined boutique apartment is ideally located at the corner Frishman/Frug! Just 5 min walk to the beach, it is at the crossroad of the most popular beach/gourmet/nightlife beating hearts of the white city. Exceptionally well connected to the city’s public transportation services (Dizengoff/Ben Yehuda), you will be able to enjoy all of Tel Aviv city's facets!
The apartment is fully renovated to a very high standard. The renovation resulted in a perfect combination of modernity, comfort and refinement, and created the sense of a peaceful getaway adjacent to the buzz of urban life.
On the 2nd floor with elevator, the apartment sleeps up to 5 people. It comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 suite with queen size bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds). The open plan living space connects the living room and its large terrace, the dining area and opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, laundry washing machine and dryer, etc.
Exceptionally well connected to the city’s public transportation services (Dizengoff/Ben Yehuda): 15’ to Jaffa with bus 61 and 72; 7’ to Shuk Hacarmel with bus 72 and 172; 15’ to the Central Bus station with bus 5. Self-service bicycle rentals station around the corner.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, well appointed and quiet apartment in the heart of central Tel Aviv. Close to everything in the Diezengoff Square neighborhood and Gordon Beach. Easy to walk to many bus lines. Elie was very helpful and always available. Would highly recommend this location.

The apartment was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. The space was beautiful and the management was extremely receptive and available. The only issue is hot water, it works great for the first hour, but as in most foreign countries,we had to wait long periods of time between showers so that the water could reheat.

Elie and Carole were absolutely delightful!
They were accommodating and very hospitable, we felt so welcome at their beautiful home.
The apartment was charming and comfortable with an amazing location!
This was one of the most personal experiences we had with hosts and we cannot wait to go back and stay at one of their properties.

In times like these the accommodation for a family visit must be right in a lot of ways. First, the hosts: Elie and Carole were very supportive, starting with long before the visit, keeping in touch with us through the challenges of the time and allowing for flexibility through a number of changes. They met us when we first arrived and showed us through the amenities of the apartment. They came by when we had a couple of small technical issues. And they saw us out, helping us clear out. They even met with our family afterwards to pass on some remaining items.
The apartment itself was just right for our family of two adults and two small kids (2 and 4). The kids loved their room with the twin beds, and were isolated enough to nap and sleep through other activities in the apartment. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms roomy and with great water pressure, and the AC controllable from each of the rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were welcomed with fresh bread and coffee capsules. We made a lot of use of the outdoor deck, as well.
Finally the location: couldn't think of a better spot. You're minutes from the beach, as well as many cafes, stores, and restaurants either along the small surrounding streets or along Dizengoff, and yet just enough off the main drag to not hear any of it. It's amazing how quiet this place was throughout the week and at nights while being so close to so much great activity.
We definitely look forward to coming back and staying at this place again. We immediately felt like family with the hosts, and like we belong in this place!
