Le fait d’avoir payé un supplément pour les draps et serviettes de bain 10 euros par personne. Elle m’a fait parvenir un courriel la vieille de notre arrivée pour savoir si nous avions besoin de draps etc. J’ai manqué ce courriel et quel ne fut pas notre surprise à notre arrivée d’apparence ce coût supplémentaire par personne. L’inclure dans le prix serait nettement plus apprécié. Ce faire dire de faire absolument le ménage avant notre départ lorsque nous avons séjourné que 12 hres. Dans Airbnb, les frais de ménage son inclus dans le prix. Pour quoi ne pas faire pareil? Ça ne nous donne pas le goût de faire affaire avec Booking.Com dans le futur.
