About this house rental
This 80m2 house, recently renovated (2022), with a beautiful wooden terrace of more than 30m2 is ideal for a family stay.
Fully air-conditioned, it has a fully equipped living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, an office with 2-seater sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
We specify that household linen is not included in the rental price paid via Vrbo.
Optional (payment on arrival – check or cash):
Cleaning fee: 80 €
Linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels): 115 €
A security deposit of €1000 is payable on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage is found.
Located 12 km from Porto-Vecchio (port) and Figari (airport), you will easily and quickly enjoy the beauties of the south: the beaches of Santa Giulia, Palombaggia and Rondinara (between 14km and 18km), Bonifacio (27km). For nature lovers: Ospedale lake, Cavu natural pools (30km), Bruzzi trails (24km), Aiguilles de Bavella (50km)...
Located in a wooded garden, the house is 3 minutes from the center of Sotta and its shops (bakery, butcher, mini-market, restaurants...).
The house is equipped with childcare equipment: high chair, booster seat, cot, changing mat, baby cutlery, baby bath, foot function.
A chair suitable for young children is also available.
Some board games are available.

The house is located in the countyside, on a hill, easy reachable, no poor road condition made obstacle, the very last 20 m was gravel only. Very pleasant neighbours and nice landscape. Very spacious garden. The location is perfecto to reach a good variety of top quality natural beaches and also the mountain region, benefiting all the goods of Corsica.The local host was available, flexible, easy to communicate with and open to help.The house has good layout, the kitchen is outstandingly equipped, beds are comfortable, all the rooms have individual air conditioning.We had no any issues during the stay, we would return some time later because of the good memories.

Very modern house with all the necessary equipments. Super clean. Location was great, quiet street but still very close to village, beaches, Porto Vecchio and Bonifaccio. Very helpful also
