About this villa rental
Equipped with a large and beautiful private garden for exclusive use, with private parking for 2 cars, surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest.
Villa Mediterranea was completely renovated in 2017 and is composed as follows:
5 bedrooms including 3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 outbuilding complete with bathroom and 2 beds.
The central body of the house has 2 bathrooms with shower and a small service bathroom accessible from the outside. In total the house has 4 bathrooms!
In addition to having air conditioners, the house can be heated with a hydropellet system and radiators in every room.
In the outdoor area there are: a laundry corner, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower with hot water, a small toilet and two separate relaxation areas equipped with deckchairs, wicker lounges, hammock and rocking chair. The large garden is for the exclusive use of guests.
Ideal for one or more families who want to enjoy the beauty of miles of golden sandy beaches, a clean sea awarded with the BLUE FLAG 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and relaxing walks in a fragrant pine forest.
The geographical position, facilitated by sliding freeways, makes it possible to reach the most beautiful places in Puglia such as Lecce, Gallipoli, Ostuni, the Itria Valley, Alberobello and Matera, designated European Capital of Culture 2019.
Furthermore, the beautiful golf course of Riva dei Tessali is only 6/7 km away.
Bari airport is about 80 km away, while Brindisi airport is 70 km away with an entirely expressway route.
The villa is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning in every room. Unlimited ADSL wi-fi and 6 bicycles are available for guests to move around freely and explore the beauty of the place.
Upon request, a cot for children up to three years and a high chair are provided free of charge.
All linen such as sheets, quilts, towels, shower towels, tablecloths, is provided free of charge, as well as all kitchen equipment.
Management fees are included in the price.
Electricity consumption is free of charge up to 100 kWh per week; the excess beyond this threshold is charged to guests at a cost of € 0.50 per kWh.
Next to Villa Mediterranea there is also Villa Elisabetta, its twin, which has similar characteristics both in terms of number of beds and of various services and comforts.
Villa Mediterranea (ad 8424233) and Villa Elisabetta (ad 8424225) put together have a capacity of 20 beds and 7 bathrooms and allow groups or even very large families to spend their holidays together in complete freedom with great availability of space and services.

Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte mit einem sehr schönem Außenbereich zum Grillen entspannen und die Zeit mit der Familie zu genießen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Urlaubsgebiet, dass nicht auf ausländische sondern eher auf italienische Touristen ausgelegt ist und das ist auch gut so! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. 10 min von langen Sandstränden mit Beachbars, Restaurants und Beachclubs. Das Meer ist sehr angenehm und perfekt für Kinder.

Owner was a nice man. Check-in and check out was very easy. Advertisement needs to be adjusted in regards to beds. Number of sleeping places is correct, but its 3 doubles, a single (instead of twin) and aan outbuilding with a double bed. Not a problem if your couples, but if its just friends, prepare to get cosy with each other. Main room only has 1 couch (as showed on pictures) so prepare to drag in the garden furniture for extra seating on cold nights, if you are more than 3 people.
