About this villa rental
Modern and spacious villa, on a plot of 400 m2, totally independent, located in a very quiet residential area in Maspalomas, consisting of 2 bedrooms for 4 people with magnificent views towards the summit of Gran Canaria.
The vicinity of the beach and the golf course, just a few minutes walk away, as well as sports activities, places of interest and culture make this vacation home a suitable accommodation to spend your vacations with family or friends.
The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, with landscaped areas with lawns, trees and a private saline-treated swimming pool.
The benefits of salt chlorination:

- No skin irritation or itchy eyes.
- Eliminates the traditional smell and taste of chlorine.
- Optimal disinfection guaranteed
It consists of a large living room overlooking a magnificent garden with private pool of 9m x 3m. The kitchen and dining room are perfectly integrated with all the necessary appliances to ensure the best possible stay. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms, bathtub with shower and hairdryer.
Services included:
- Welcome / key handover by our staff.
- Welcome Pack" consisting of the basic products to spend the first day in the villa.
- Satellite TV with more than 100 channels at your disposal.
- Stereo system
- Free Wifi
- Telephone
- Full weekly cleaning (from 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 1 week.
- Bed linen and towels
- Crib and high chair available on request
Additional services on request:
-Heating of the swimming pool has an additional cost of 30€ per day (temperature at 26ºC).
-The use of the barbecue has an additional cost of 40€, includes charcoal, utensils and cleaning at the end of the stay.

* If the time of entry into the house is after 23:00 hours, we must charge a surcharge of 60.00 Euros.

Great location (half hour walk to sea) traditional Spanish feel villa with lovely private gardens and super pool. Host communication good.We had an amazing 2 weeks holiday here.

Clean well furnished property with great secluded garden and pool

Let’s start with the positives. It is a nice house, located about 30mts walk from the beach, reasonable size, very well equipped kitchen, nice garden and outside areas, heated pool and hammocks. The owner communicated quickly by email.
However, there were several things we did not like. One of the biggest issue is lack of information. There was no information on what to do on check in or check out. When we arrived we were met by Lorenzo who showed us around and gave us the keys. He sopke only Spanish but we managed. There was no information on rubbish collection so we had to email the owner. On the second day as we were in the pool, another man let himself in and introduced as Gardner and offered to clean the pool - we did not know he was coming. On the day of check out - the cleaner arrived just before 10 but check out is not till 12. She was nice and pottered about outside while we got ready to leave. The kitchen is well equipped but does not have few essentials like salt/pepper/sugar/oil or any herbs etc - these things don’t cost much money and would be nice to have. By the end of the week there was a drain smell from the bathroom we were using - one of the previous reviewers had noted this as well. We informed the owner - it was only intermittent and the drains were working fine so we just closed the door. Heating of the pool is extra. We paid it but used the pool only a couple of days. It is quite deep (2mt in deep end and 1.25 on shallow end) so not very safe with young children. Barbecue is available but at a further cost! The information folder in the house really does not have much useful information!
All in all we had a pleasant stay but feel the house is not worth the money we paid. It felt like a let down and certainly not somewhere we can recommend at the moment.
