About this villa rental
Beautiful duplex completely renovated in 2018, very spacious and bright, with private jacuzzi on the terrace, shared pool in a very quiet residential area of 24 homes, where you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Equipment: First floor: 2 bedrooms, the main one with a King bed and the secondary one with double beds, both equipped with high quality mattresses and sheets, with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a large shower. Ground floor: A spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, there will be nothing to miss! From this floor you access the garden, equipped with barbecue, a beautiful outdoor dining room with chill out area, and a nice shower with comfortable sun beds. General: air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, satellite TV with many channels from several countries, Netflix and HBO App, Internet (wifi) and hair dryer. Only 4 minutes by car from the beaches of Maspalomas and Meloneras, which are also some of the best beaches on the island. ** Smoking is prohibited inside the house and in the garden. Parties are prohibited.
** Neither are pets allowed, nor the entry of people other than those admitted in the reservation.
** It is essential to maintain order, cleanliness and good condition of both the property and the goods and items that make it up and are available to guests.
** Once you are at home, you will have a welcome letter with the rules and information you need to know to help you have a pleasant stay.
** In the rooms there is a set of sheets and clean towel sets for stays of more than 7 days.
** The beds are size 180X200 in the main room and two single beds 90X180 that can be joined and form a double bed, in the secondary room.
** The hours of use of the jacuzzi are 09:00 a. m. at 11:00 p. m., children should always be accompanied by adults.
** The hours of use of the pool are 09:00 a. m. at 8:30 p. m., children should always be accompanied by adults.

The hosts were amazing, the property was modern, clean and immaculate. The highlight for the holiday in February was the jacuzzi when it wasn’t always warm enough to go to the communal pool. There were restaurants within walking distance and two Italian restaurants were excellent. We didn’t hire a car but the local taxi companies were very good value when we wanted to visit nearby resorts.

I can think of nothing we would wish to say other than how much we enjoyed our stay at David and Maria's house in Maspalomas. It had everything you would want - and more - and for us the super king bed was an added extra as so few places have them. The private parking was also just fabulous given the parking challenges anywhere on the island. David and Maria could not have been more helpful although the real star is their daughter who helps Mum with English translation if she gets stuck! We would happily return and in terms of getting places their house could not be better placed but you do need a car.
