Casas Holiday - El Mirador de Villamartin

Beautiful modern apartment with everything you might need.

The only minor downside was no English tv, but we could sign into Netflix so that was fine

This apartment is exactly as it appears in the photographs. It has everything you will require on a family holiday. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable, has a lovely outdoor area that wraps around the side with more than ample space, a washing machine which is great when children are on holiday.

BEWARE!! Unfortunately our flight from Prestwick was delayed over 6 hours. We made the property aware of this as soon as we knew and explained that we didn't know what our expected arrival time would be. We were sent a message informing us to call Jose on a given number when we landed to access the property. No answer was given from this number. There are 3 numbers on the property's page to call none of which answered! So we managed to find a little petrol station with an outside seating area and continued to try all these numbers and the actual Booking.com help number. We sat outside the petrol station all through the night with our young family until 8am when the call got answered and I was asked why I hadn't informed them of our arrival, I said we were on the flight and you can't call until you land which we had done without success. I was informed they are not a travel agency and most other people would have booked into a hotel for the night!! At 3.30am with a young family in an unknown area?? We were told to go round to the property which incidentally is number 8 to meet Jose to let us in. He came at 9am and said he'd tracked the 1am flight from Bristol???? I was then charged €30 anyway for his service. This was a devastating start to our family holiday so please beware in case this happens to you!
