Good area, clean apartment and bus stop just near by.
- Mr. Ahmed (customer service supervisor) was very understanding and cooperative.
- Mr. Musa (Agent) was very friendly and kind.
Some of the call center agents are not willing to assist, listen or handle the incidents in a professional way moreover customer satisfaction concept means nothing to them.
Check in and out is a very disappointing experience (the process must be modified).

Th apartment is very clean and well furnished . Have all what you may need in your stay . It is serviced by number of shops just down stairs : 24 hours supermarket, pharmacy , restaurants , salon , playing area for kids , and very relaxing promenade on the canal for a nice walking .
Location is very good as it is close to the new Dubai attraction like JBR , Global village , Mall of the emirates , Dubai park and resorts , Expo2020
The apartment situated in Dubai sports city , a home of international sports event and mega concerts
Staff are very helpful available when you needs them , Best value of money

The building is okay, and the customer care is little fair
Location is too far, the address using in google is correct and cost of going out is high
