Villa located by the sea, feet in the water. Near the Navy of Sant Ambroggio, between Calvi and Ile Rousse, in the heart of Balagne in Haute Corse.
The villa is on 2 levels, about 150 sqm, feet in the water, with a breathtaking sea.
- Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en suite, laundry room, covered veranda with chairs and outdoor table.
- First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en suite, large terrace.
Sheets, towels and cleaning included.
- 1 cot and 1 high chair available.
Large terraces furnished with sun loungers. Ground sported, with access to the swimming pool and the sea. Secure pool condominium (2 houses) and outdoor shower. Private parking. Peaceful place.
Opportunity to swim in the sea in front of the house, thanks to a small path by the rocks leaving the garden. A sandy beach is reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
Near the marina of Sant Ambroggio, the beach, restaurant and shops 5 minutes walk (bakery, butcher, press, grocery ...). Rental car, boats, scooter, diving.
Location easily accessible from Calvi airport or from the ports of Calvi, Ile Rousse and Bastia.

An house with a wonderful view....very quiet and relaxing. The house was equipped very well and spaces well distributed....very good esperiense

We had a great stay at this villa in Marine St. Ambrogio with two small kids and a baby. Even though there is AC only upstairs, the sea breeze was lovely and cooling in the downstairs. The security fence around the pool gave us peace of mind with our 3 year old running around, and we and older kid enjoyed the short walk down to the waterside to play in the tidepools and snorkel. The pool is shared with the neighbors who are very nice. Alexandra the on-site hostess was very kind and helpful. Beautiful views from every room and a fully equipped kitchen, with nearby Marine St. Ambrogio and a great local fruit stand close on hand for morning coffee and pastries as well as other grocery items. The beds are all single but that was actually quite relaxing recovering from jet lag.

This villa is in an amazing spot with a beautiful view and nearby rocks to jump off into the sea - or fish off! It's a very peaceful setting, with very helpful and kind neighbours. The house was well equipped with lots of pool and beach accessories. The rooms and sheets were very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the wifi but the owner was very helpful in trying to sort it out. It's family friendly and in a great location with a five min walk to a marina for a bakery, butcher, shop and lovely pizzeria. Beautiful beaches nearby to drive too and national park and desert des ariates to explore. Really recommend this villa, we'd love to come back!
