About this apartment rental
We can't wait to welcome you to our one-bed apartment, with shared garden & 9m salt water swimming pool (Please note: the swimming pool is open from the end of May to mid September. If you’d like to check the specific dates it will be open against the dates of your stay, please get in touch): we know you'll have a fabulous time with us! Although we leave you to enjoy your stay without interruption, previous guests have become lifelong friends and we always love seeing people again when they return.
Self-catering one-bed holiday apartment (nicknamed "Puits 2") to let in a quiet suburb of La Rochelle, 15 mins leisurely walk from the stunning city centre, and 2 mins from local shops and cafes. The apartment (approx 32m2) is in very pleasant surroundings, and forms part of a new residence known as "La Residence du Petit Puits". This is a welcoming base from which to explore this thriving and beautiful town without the hefty hotel charges. It can comfortably sleep two couples or a family of four, with the bedroom's double bed and the sofa bed in the living room. TV and free WIFI. La Rochelle is the most attractive city on the West Coast of France. The Charente Maritime area, like the Vendee, enjoys a 'micro-climate' of temperatures similar to those on the South Coast of France.

Bus lines 11 (https://yelo.agglo-larochelle.fr/bus/lignes-horaires/-/horaires-bus/ligne/periode-scolaire/23706) and 6 (https://yelo.agglo-larochelle.fr/bus/lignes-horaires/-/horaires-bus/ligne/periode-scolaire/23702) stop directly next to the Residence. It takes 5 minutes to get to the Place de Verdun in the centre of La Rochelle (it takes about 20 minutes by foot for the same trip). The bus stop is "La Vallée". For cycle paths, they exist everywhere in La Rochelle. Here is a map of the bike trails on which I marked the location of our Residence with a small red star. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette location. Fonctionnel, propre et décoré avec goût, le logement était pratique même pour une famille composée de quatre personnes comme nous (avec deux adolescentes).La propriétaire nous a réservé un excellent accueil avec des cadeaux à notre arrivée (lait, pain frais , beurre,fromage, fruits et deux bouteilles de vin !!). La piscine a ravi toute la famille également !
Propriétaire très sympathique qui conseille à la demande. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.
