About this house rental
The house, on two levels, is 200 meters from the sea.
The entrance of the house overlooks the garden, a part of which is covered with pebbles of various shades of pink / earth red, and from here you enter the patio furnished with a horseshoe table and seat and a wooden bench.
Also on the ground floor, we find the living room with air conditioning, separate kitchen, sofa, TV with sky parabola and satellite TV, armchair, 10-seater extendable table, chairs and fireplace.
The kitchen has 4 electric plates, fridge, freezer, two sinks, water heater, American coffee, mixer, centrifuge, toaster and various equipment.
Leaving the living room, you enter the other patio, furnished with a large rattan sofa with cushions, tables, wooden benches, seats and a small fridge. A bathroom with only a toilet, sink, washing machine and external shower.
On the garden, in grass, an extendable table (10 seats) chairs, deck chairs, a large umbrella that allows you to have a nice shaded area especially in the hottest hours.
Also on the garden, there is the barbecue with a large table top, sink and lighting. The whole garden is illuminated.
Upstairs two bedrooms, one double with air conditioning and one with two separate beds with air conditioning; bathroom with shower and complete toilets. All windows have mosquito nets.

It has everything you need for a vacation home. It was easy to walk to the beach as many people did in the neighborhood. There was a beach, Cantina for light snacks, and refreshments and beverages. There were umbrellas and other things to rent. The beach was nice and large and accommodated plenty of people but while we were there, they were not many people because it was toward the end of September. Overall, the house is perfect and the location is even more perfect

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub auch dank Vanessa. Sie hat sich schon im Vorfeld sehr um uns gekümmert, da durch Corona unsere Flüge verschoben wurden und auch eine Registrierung notwendig war. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar, es ist alles da, was man braucht und ich denke mal im sardischen Stil eingerichtet. Auf den Terrassen und natürlich auch im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles sehr genießen können. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und in der Umgebung , vor allem um Chia gibt es traumhafte Strände. In Pula kann man wunderbar einkaufen und jeden Dienstag ist Markt. Empfehlenswert ist auf jeden Fall der Markt in Cagliari. Vanessa ist eine sehr liebenswerte, engagierte und fröhliche Vermieterin, die sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste kümmert. Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien und sind sehr begeistert, bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder. Ich kann das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Dankeschön Vanessa!!!

Das Check In und Out problemlos. Terminabsprachen waren in unserem Fall möglich. Das Haus lieg in einer ruhigen Gegend 200m vom Strand, an dem waren wir allerdings nur einmal. Sind nach Chia gefahren, wohl einer der Top 5 Strände auf Sardinien. Vanessa stets nett und hilfsbereit und immer einen guten Tipp auf Lager. Das Haus mit Klimaanlage jeweil in den Schlafräumen und im Wohn Essbereich sehr gut ausgestattet. In dem Haus findet sich wirklich alles und für den Strandbesuch ist auch alles da. Wenn man wirklich was nicht perfekts sucht, dann ist das die Duschkabine, die in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Aber dies trübt das Fazit nicht: Das Haus ist für bis zu vier Reisende wärmstens zu empfehlen.
