The apartment, measuring over 140 square meters, is fully furnished, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with everything a family needs for a peaceful and comfortable vacation. It is uniquely located right next to the beach, so when you step out of the well-maintained 1,000-square-meter communal garden, the sea is just 20 steps away.
At the entrance, you’ll find a spacious living room with a TV and an open-concept kitchen, a full bathroom, and a bright, airy covered veranda where you can dine surrounded by greenery and always with a view of the sea
On the upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase, the master bedroom (with a SAFE) overlooks the sea, so you can fall asleep lulled by the gentle sound of the sea. The second bedroom, which also features a wall-mounted fan, has two separate beds that can be converted into a double bed, while the third bedroom—ideal for children—has two bunk beds. Of course, there is a second full bathroom with a tub.

We had a fabulous week at Valerio’s house in Perd’e sali! The location is stunning, beautiful clear water and gorgeous views. We will miss the veranda, the sun rises and the moon over the sea. We will definitely be back! Grazie Valerio
