Great Location make the journey easy !

The house is very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. There is a in-charge person named Dieter who is especially nice! The location is excellent — many beautiful attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around. My partner and I really loved staying here. We created many beautiful memories together. The next time I come back, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Better to stay in a hotel.

The place does have everything you need; shower, kitchen, kitchen appliances, even washing machine and iron, etc. Even a nespresso coffee machine. The staf seemed helpful and would be there when needed.

It is winter and cold, the heating is just not suitable, either it's too hot or to cold. An old radiator in the living space and a small electric radiator in the bedroom; neither with a proper thermostat. The lving room would heat up too much even at setting 1, the bedroom one was a bit better but still not easy to get right. I was therefore work and got home everytime to a place that was either too cold or too hot; and sleeping in either is not all too comfortable neither; which is not ideal if you have busy days and need your sleep. Beyond that I also just generally didnt feel comfortable in the place; the appartment is relatively old, and the dusty carpet and sofa don't really help my dustmite allergies. The towels provided in the bedroom were smelly; they looked like they were cleaned and put there but left there for a long time due to lack of occupancy; but that is just a guess. All by all, despite there being all facilities you need; it felt like staying in a cheap motel for two weeks.

I will never go back there again , this has been the worst place I have ever stayed in Kortrijk , very disappointed

The only thing I liked about the property is where it was situated

It was dirty, things where falling apart, plugs where falling of the wall so it was dangerous, the fridge wouldn’t close , the bathroom was disgusting .

Room is not so clean, it’s a pity. But can live with that coz stayed only 2 nights. If could improve the cleaners that would be nice.

Ik kom nog terug....

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in dit aparthotel in Kortrijk. De locatie is uitstekend en het appartement was ruim en goed uitgerust en super proper, inclusief een wasmachine. Het ophalen van de sleutel verliep vlot en zonder problemen. Bovendien is er recht tegenover het appartement een hotel dat 7/7 geopend is
