Everything was great until...

Incredible stay at a virtually brand new hotel. Very friendly staff and we even had private access to the wellness area. The price was ridiculously low considering what we got.

EDIT: I had actually left a nice review until a very uncomfortable thing happened. Unfortunately, one week after having had a great time at the apartment, we got a message accusing us of having broken the salt and pepper shakers and approximately 90 Euro were charged from my credit card. This was done without providing any sort of evidence or receipt for the replacement. After I contacted the hotel asking for an explanation and insisting we had nothing to do with the alleged damage (we don't even remember having used the items in question), and asking for pictures (we wanted to rule out the possibility that we had done something to the items unknowingly), we were even accused of having conceiled the damage so that the hotel staff dind't see it, which is frankly ridiculous. Since our second request to check the circumstances (they contacted us one week after our stay, and the alledged damaged could have happened in the meantime) and another request for evidence of the damage or a receipt for the purchase of the new items, we haven't heard anything else from the hotel. This was several weeks ago. I'm really sorry to have to change my review, and I don't even mind the money that was charged, but the fact of having done it without providing any difference and being accused of dishonesty is really something else.

Very cosy well equipped appartment.

ALL ROOMS were too hot , December .... All thermostats were set at 25.5 degrees WHY ???? . We had to open the windows and were forced to eat outside ... We wanted and brought stuff to dine inside ... Additional cost 180€ for restaurant plus the cost of the food we bought....so... Not happy.

The staff were amazingly helpful and could not have done more to help our stay a success. The flat was a great size, beautifully decorated, and fantastic for pir small group. It is excellently located in town with easy access to the station and town centre.

Fijne luxe accommodatie. Op loopafstand van het hotel.

Acc 22: De ruimte , 2 slaapkamers. Waarvan 1 met een 1 persoonsbed. In de woonkamer nog een slaapbank. Alles aanwezig!

De afzuiging die de gehele dag/nacht aan was. Wat in de nacht niet prettig was in de slaapkamers. En ik had erg graag een bad gehad met de luxe die er was.

Locatie aan de rand van de stad, maar gemakkelijk te parkeren, dat is het voordeel. Rustige buurt, goede isolatie, want het waren warme dagen, en toch warmde het appartement niet op. goede wifi connectie.

Kwaliteit van de bedden

Er lag nog medicatie in bestekschuif, waarschijnlijk van een vorige huurder? De koffietassen waren enorm vuil en stonden zo op het rek. Het leek alsof ze weken vuil in een lavabo gestaan hadden. De kleine knop van het toilet was stuk als we toekwamen. We vragen ons af of dit dan niet opgemerkt werd bij het poetsen van de flat? We hebben dit alles gemeld maar geen compensatie gekregen. Iemand sliep op het zetelbed omdat we met 5 waren maar alles was maar voorzien op 4 personen (keuken, badkamer,…) We zijn noodgedwongen buitenshuis moeten gaan ontbijten. Jammer! We hadden net iets meer verwacht voor de prijs en zeker omdat het eigendom is van een luxe-hotel.

No me gustó la página de booking. Es engañosa. Aparece la fachada del hotel que no corresponde a los apartamentos.¿Por qué no aparece la fachada del edificio? Yo, cuando lo elegí lo hice porque me encantó el edificio. Me sentí muy decepcionada.

Zentrale Lage, aber dennoch verhältnismäßig ruhig. Fenster sind weitgehend schallisoliert.

Sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin, die unkompliziert auch eine Änderung an der Buchung hat vornehmen können. Willkommensgetränk im Salon des Hotels. Zentrale Lage, Altstadt-Viertel mit vielen Restaurants in 7 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Inneneinrichtung wie auf den Fotos.

Nieuw appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen. We mochten gratis gebruik maken van de wellness in het hotel. Super vriendelijk personeel. Welkomsdrankje gekregen in de gezellige bar. Zeker een aanrader.

Mooi, Nieuw, Geweldig verzorgd !!!

Alles heel goed verzorgd en nieuwe. Super mooi ingericht en alles aanwezig Heerlijk geurende zeep en shampoo geweldig. Dat we in het hotel wat iets veder op ligt van alle faciliteiten gebruik onder maken. ( wat echt waanzinnig mooi is ingericht) Wel een hele andere style dan het moderne appartement.
