Welcome to your perfect Orlando getaway. Fully renovated in January 2026, this spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is located just 3 miles from Walt Disney World and is ideal for large families or multiple groups travelling together.
The home features a private, south-facing pool overlooking a tranquil lake, with no rear neighbours for added privacy. Guests can enjoy a complimentary hot tub, a children’s paddling pool, and a large sun deck with loungers and outdoor dining.
Inside, the villa offers two comfortable living areas, including a main lounge with a 75” Smart TV and ample seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for home cooking, alongside a dining area that seats up to 10 guests.

The home was large enough for our family of 11. There were not enough towels and wash cloths, had to go to Walmart to purchase towels. Also the shower curtain fell off the shower wall, would not spring back to hang the curtain, had to purchase a new shower rod. There were notes regarding the TV remotes, note: welllwere dead.

House was large, primarily clean but could have been cleaner. Dirty dishes put away in cabinet. Had an ant problem and found a few roaches both alive and dead.

We really liked the location and the hot tub was great since it was cold while we were there. The house worked fine for our group but the house needs some maintenance. Showers sinks and toilets did not drain well, bar stools were broken and main couch was in very bad shape. Some of the lights in the kitchen area were burnt out or not working, dryer did not work well, pool cues were broken, some of the sheets and dishes were not clean, etc. if these items would be taken care of we would definitely go back.
