Self-Catering Home
Guests are responsible for their own shopping. A complimentary starter supply is provided for the first day only and will not be replenished.
Starter Supplies Include:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge
Kitchen Essentials
Basic cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware are provided.
Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not supplied.
POOL & SPA HEATING
• Optional heating available October–March for $45/day (entire stay required)
• Must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Pool and spa share the same water; spa heating requires pool heat
• No heating April–September
• Effectiveness may vary below 60°F
Additional Pool Notes
• Pool serviced every Monday (may be unavailable for up to 3 hours)
• Pool heat does not reach hot tub temperatures
• Spa jets circulate water but may not produce strong bubble action
GRILL NOTICE
• No grill onsite (rentals available locally)
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio
• Cleaning fees may apply for damage or excessive mess

The home is stunning it literally checked every box ! We had a 2 year old 10 year old and 17 they didn't even want to leave the house to go to the parks i think they would been happy with the house every aspect is absolutely beautiful the pool is great the game room has everything u need

The property was excellent, plenty of space and close to Disney. Was exactly what we needed.

While there were no issues with communication with the property owner. The place is very nice, but the cleanliness wasn’t up to par. The place claimed to be completely sterile and sanitized. However, there were make up marks on the bathroom doors, by the knobs, hairs in the showers, on the walls. Mold around the shower tracks. The shower doors kept coming lose off the tracks. Lots of mold around the entire perimeter of the pools. We didn’t get in much because of that. Hopefully these things will be addressed for the next guest!
