• 1 Large living room with large glass doors facing South and West, with American / integrated kitchen, fully equipped. The room is equipped with a TV, cable / satellite, wi-fi, stereo (sound).
• 4 Bedrooms: two suites with double beds and two bedrooms with twin beds
• 3 full bathrooms (i. E. With shower)
Very tasteful decor and comfortable chosen by a renowned Portuguese decorator.
The house is situated on a wooded plot of 32500m2, fenced and with private park with swimming pool and structure to support it. It also has a large terrace adjoining the living room and garden furniture.
A place of great tranquility and easy access to 12km of Aljezur, a typical Algarve town where one can find all kinds of trade, including a good supermarket, is also close to beaches with excellent conditions for surfing.

The house is very nice, well designed and furnished, but:
> there are plenty of eolian wind turbines around the house, producing a continuous noise that becomes annoying, especially at night
> missing some amenities, that you could expect in such an expensive villa:
- towels for the swimming pool
- beach umbrella for the beach
