About this villa rental
The detached villa is located in the Galé area called Villa Alegria just 5 minutes drive from the Galé beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.
Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The detached villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.
Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With five double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

LOUNGE
Spacious lounge dining room 45m2,with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 10 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 5 bedrooms in which two is on suite. Four bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two single beds.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio, Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).
BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms have queen size beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.
BALCONY
10 chairs table and clothes airer.
POOL
Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.
PARKING
Parking outside in in front of the property with plenty of space.

Short stays allowed from 4 days (In low season).
All charges-included.
Down payment / Deposit of 30% requested for reservation, the 70% remaining (Final Balance) is paid 30 days before check in.
Discount depending on length of stay.
Refundable 400€ Security deposit required with final balance payment, and if there are no breakages or damage, will be returned to you on the last day of your holidays.

Prices may vary on special holidays like Christmas and Easter.
Check In - from 16.00 / Check Out - Up to 11:00.
Specific changes to the schedule of Check In / Out are to combine.
(For stays longer than 8 days, complimentary free routine cleaning may be provided during your stay.
If you prefer not to receive cleaning service, please inform us in advance.)
We also welcome last minute bookings if the villa is available so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT included in the booking).

Beautiful villa in a lovley location, plenty of room in the villa,a little limited around the pool, had a couple of issues which were sorted out promptly by the host, Nuno was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was exellent. The biggest issue was that there weren't any plastic glasses to use around the pool which was very concerning. We had to buy some ourselves. Overall it was a lovely stay

A beautiful villa in a nice quiet location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Ubers super easy to get to Albufeira (10mins) and beaches.
Great size accommodation, pool is great with plenty of outside space to relax and with shade. Aircon in all bedrooms.
Only constructive feedback would be that if you have a young child that goes to be early, it can be a little noisy with the children underneath playing football at the back of the smallest baby room. Also construction work of a new villa opposite, we were out a lot so no problem, but just check if you intend on staying and chilling home most of the time.
Not complaining at all, just feedback. Perfect place for a big group of family and friends. Thank you!! :-)

Villa was immaculate upon arrival. Very spacious. The area is very quiet and peaceful but only 10 mins from the Old Town in a taxi. Aldi is 10min walk away for your supplies. This property has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay in Albufeira and surrounding area.
