Location, size, quiet area.
Maybe needed a quick lick of paint in a few places.

Très belle maison, très belle endroit
Petit bémol, grande maison avec de grand espace à vivre malheureusement nous avons dû réparer la climatisation de la chambre du bas car les évacuations sont en contre pente donc toute l’eau coule sur le lit matelas trempé, et dernier bémol aucune chaise disponible pour manger à l’extérieur seulement deux tables sans assises!

This villa was ideal for our family. 4 adults, 4 kids, so much space for everyone. Pool was amazing and cleaned regularly. Close to local shops, restaurant , beach . About 10 min drive to Albufeira old town. Owner was only a message away with any questions.
Would recommend hiring a car , for shopping and driving around especially with kids.
Only recommendation I'd have for the house is more outside furniture tables and chairs and a few ant traps around the house.
