La proximité du lieu avec le centre-ville, l’accessibilité et la disponibilité de l’hôte et l’aménagement du logement.

Die Lage ist top. In 2-3 Minuten ist man am Strand oder Stadtzentrum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Wäscheleine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekapselmaschine und die notwendigsten Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Doppelbett war bequem.
Leider kein Waschbecken im separaten WC vorhanden, um die Hände zu waschen, musste man ins Badezimmer.
