L'accueil du papa et sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, la situation de l'appartement, ses équipements et son entretien.
La chaleur excessive que les ventilateurs ont eu beaucoup de mal à évacuer car le ventilateur de plafond installé dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. La porte d'entrée très compliquée à verrouiller (pb de reglage)
