This superb quiet apartment is fully equipped for your comfort and relaxation:

The only good point is the location, it’s well located in Sainte Maxime. I stayed for a bit more than a month and didn’t felt very confortable, here is why : - the mattresses were not confortable at all ( my husband and I suffered from back pain from it) seems old and would really need to be changed. - The bedding is not provided which is not convenient for travellers to bring their own sheets, towels… which I didn’t realise because the description doesn’t mention it so something to be aware of ! - The laundry machine is extremely small and doesn’t fit much ( 5 piece of clothes max) which make it very hard to take care of your laundry - The floor was very cold and it would have been nice if she provided a carpet. - The cleaning done before we arrive was not spotless, found some hair in the sink and bath…, I had to clean again everything myself - I thought the cleaning was included in the price but it’s not so you have to clean the place yourself before to leave or you would be charged 80euros for it, also something to be aware of ! Overall I would say that this place is expensively priced for what it is !! and it’s only ok if you are staying couple nights not more than that or you would find your stay pretty inconfortable and not worth your money ! The place could be really nice if the owner put some effort in changing things which I highly advice her to do so especially when you want to price your place in this price range !

The apartment is in a great location, close to all local facilities and the allocated underground parking was a bonus. We were welcomed by Brigitte, who was very helpful - even with our limited French!

The apartment location is perfect for the pool, beach & town. It is true to the pictures, we had a wonderful stay & did't want to leave. Anyone who hasn't visited Sainte-Maxime yet is missing out on this wonderful location. For us our week was everything we wanted which was to totally relax, switch off eat fabulous food & drink good wine. Brigitte accommodated meeting us early at the apartment & was extremely helpful as was Cathy the owner who was so prompt as returning all our emails to all questions asked. We look forward to retuning to Sainte-Maxime very soon.

Excellent séjour, pourtant en toute dernière minute. Logement vraiment très propre, rénové, lumineux, très bien situé avec soleil le matin pour petit dej en terrasse. Plage, commerces, centre ville et restos accessibles à pied. Accueil au top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Grand appartement fonctionnel et pratique avec parking ! Agréable mais loué uniquement en hiver, nous n'avons pas beaucoup profité du balcon où l'on voit la mer. Appartement très propre et avec une bonne literie.

Cette année , encore, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé face au Préconil et à quelques minutes de la plage et du centre ville . Excellent accueil de Brigitte. La propriétaire est très aimable , disponible et n’ hésite pas à répondre à nos questions . Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à ceux qui veulent profiter de cette belle de Sainte Maxime sans utiliser leur voiture .

Nous avons loué le même appartement que l'année dernière à la même époque. L'appartement présente l'avantage d'être spacieux, avec une décoration franchement méditerranéenne , une vue dégagée, deux salles d'eau, un parking couvert ,très proche de la ville ce qui permet de faire les courses à pied. C'est une adresse à retenir.

Wir waren in Sainte - Maxime im September. Es ist wirklich sehr gute Aufenthalt mit interessante Ausflugsorte, mit Badespaß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, die Wohnung liegt ideal zum Strand und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch Garage. Das Wetter war einfach sehr schön, mild und angenehm. Also, ich empfehle gerne weiter. ich würde noch mal und noch mal hin kommen.

Nous venons de passer deux semaines à Sainte Maxime et nous avons apprécié tout particulièrement cet appartement très bien situé et très confortable. La vue, sur le Préconil , est très agréable et l’ appartement est très calme . La propriétaire a fait en sorte que le locataire s’ y sente bien et ne manque de rien . La présence d’ un lave linge est très appréciable. Nous avons également apprécié l’ accueil de Brigitte qui est disponible et bien sympathique. Nous n’ avons pas rencontré la propriétaire mais les contacts ont été faciles et celle-ci nous a apporté toutes les réponses à nos questions. Nous n’ hésiterons pas à retourner dans cet appartement si nous devions effectuer un autre séjour à Sainte Maxime et à le recommander .

Avons passé un agréable séjour en famille ! L appartement était conforme aux attentes, dans une très belle résidence avec piscine, au calme et tout proche du centre et des plages. Une mention particulière à Brigitte qui nous a réservé un très bon accueil et qui est très sympathique, toujours prête à rendre service. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances, l'appartement est très bien équipé aux couleurs typiques du sud de la France, il ne faut rien de plus pour passer de très bonnes vacances. La proximité de la plage, des petits commerces, boulangerie est vraiment top. Un tout grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux de Brigitte. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Très bon séjour à ste Maxime. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre ville et des plages, le parking, on peux tout faire à pied. Pour la résidence : la terrasse assez grande pour y manger, les 2 salles de bain, la climatisation et la piscine Bons contacts avec la propriétaire, Et Brigitte qui s’est occupée de l’état des lieux était adorable

C'est la 3me fois que nous venions à Ste Maxime mais cette résidence est idéalement située. A 10 min à pieds du centre ville et des plages, elle a tous les inconvénients pour se sentir bien et profiter des vacances dans le calme. Le parking est un réel avantage. L'appartement est propre et à l'identique de l'annonce au goût provençal certes mais on ne manque de rien si ce n'est de la machine à laver (pas de machine à laver pour la 1ère fois alors que nous nous trouvons dans une fourchette de prix qui pourrait largement la proposer) La résidence ne souhaite pas de linge exposé sur le balcon mais le Tancarville peut être déplacé dans le séjour. Ce n'est qu'un détail mais nous l'aurions apprécier... Une appréciation exemplaire pour Brigitte qui sait accueillir ses hôtes et les informe à la perfection et d'une gentillesse ! Si nous recevons à Ste Maxime, nous avons trouvé notre adresse ! Isabelle & Laurent

L'appartement est trés propre , la résidence est calme.
