The property is beautiful and very easy access to the beach, public transport, and a small grocery. For a family of three the apartment was perfect for the small kitchen, ability to wash clothes, and separate bedrooms. The air conditioner worked great.
The apartment was in need of some light maintenance, extra sheets and towels, a deep clean, and our electric and water went off a couple of times during our stay. We didn’t actually end up in #36 because it wasn’t ready when we arrived. Otherwise, it was a decent value for the price. The on-site restaurant wasn’t as great. The little grocery was handy for small items. Don’t expect any extras like dish soap, paper towels, or toilet paper your on your own.
