The location was fantastic, close to supermarkets, beach, restaurants & bars. The pool was well maintained and we had cleaning services twice during our stay. We loved the fact that we felt integrated within the local Turkish community, the locals were very welcoming, helpful & very polite.
Some of the areas need some updating, kitchen doors, shower & bath cubicles and the wifi wasn't brilliant. We had trouble sending & receiving emails. I would suggest the outside areas needed turfing or a patio / decking. Not much room for the sunbeds around the pool. Definite need for a safety deposit box.

It's a very quiet place in Fethiye.
Nice villa, helpful staff, very good location: Kalis beach, waterfront bars, Migros is close by.
Private pool, barbecue area.
