Best location and charming room

Excellent location in a charming and quiet neighborhood of Split, just a short walk from the palace and Riva. The room was quiet and stayed cool and had a great view of the street below. A terrace outside was nice to enjoy coffee and quick breakfast. We loved it, especially the location.

Uncomplicated and cozy

The villa is very centrally located, everything you need is in walking distance. The room is small but cozy and everything you need is in there.

It has to be noted that the so called balcony is actually a table and two seats at the top of the stairs leading to the room, which you have to negotiate with your neighbours should you want to have breakfast at the same time. But this has its advantages, because so I could still sit on my balcony for some time even after returning the keys to the apartment.

Lovely room in excellent location

Comfortable and clean room in an excellent location within old town. Lovely terrace which I used on several occasions to have breakfast/lunch. Secure entry which is important to me as a solo female traveller.

There was no shower caddy so nowhere to put your toiletries when showering. Other small additions to make the stay more comfortable would be hooks on door, box of tissues and small carton of milk or longlife milk (to go with the tea bags that were provided)

Amazing place in the heart of Split

The location was great. The room was comfortable and pretty. It was well equipped. Nice terrace. A place to leave your bags if you arrive early or leave after check out. It really was an amazing stay!

Brilliant location, significantly cheaper than the competition but same or even better conditions. Clean and with a nice terrace. Had AC.

There was a weird noise at night. Possibly from the ACs in the building nearby.

Cozy and convenient

The room was so cozy and was within walking distance of everything on our itinerary. Several delicious restaurants are also within 25m of the front door. We felt very safe as well.

The hot water ran out quickly in the shower.

Very small room for 2 x people + 2 x suitcases - we could only have one suitcase open at one time as there wasn’t enough floor space to open them both.

Small but comfortable room in the very central location

Cozy and clean room which has everything you need for a short stay. Amazing location, very atmospheric street in an old town which has many cafes, supermarket and drinking fountain nearby, yet not as crowded as Riva. The building of 17th century is a truly unique experience. AC was working fine. Excellent communication with host. Also it’s pretty easy to reach bus/ferry station on foot from there even if you have suitcases. Walking distance from Marjan hill beaches - Ježinac and Kaštelet.

Just a note that for people with larger suitcases it might be hard to reach 3 or 4th floor on foot

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!

It would be very nice to have a fan in the bedroom. We opened the window to get a breeze, but then it was a little loud for sleeping.

Perfect for person with small luaggage

The check-in process was smooth, and They also offer luggage storage, which is convenient—just keep in mind that there’s no one actively watching over it. The bed was large and definitely big enough for two people to share comfortably. I also appreciated the bonus amenities in the room like a hot water boiler and a microwave—super useful for quick meals or late-night tea.

The shower space is very small, and the hot water only lasts around 5 minutes. If you take longer showers or have long hair, it can be a real problem. I ended up waiting in the freezing cold for another half hour just to warm up again—definitely not a great experience. The location is also very hard to find. There’s no obvious sign, so I strongly recommend asking the host for a photo of the entrance before you arrive. Another thing to note: there’s no elevator. My room was on the fourth floor, and carrying heavy luggage all the way up was exhausting. If you’re traveling with big bags, you might want to think twice.

Great stay at Dubrovnik!

The accomodation was a 5 minutes walk to the ferry station. For people coming by bus, it was around 12minutes walk. It was very close to the promenade and easy to get to the palace/main sightseeing areas. It has many bars and restaurants right next to it. The room had a microwave, a mini fridge and a kettle. Safe was provided as well. AC worked as well thankfully for the otherwise very hot weather. There was a mini supermarket less than 100mts from the stay. Hence, was a very convenient and a good stay. Seamless checkin process and communication was very responsive from the host. I didn't have to reach out at all for anything.

Great location! But no kitchenette as advertised?

Perfect Location Clean, tidy and good air-conditioning in the room.

Main reason I booked this over others - was the advertised inclusion of a Kitchenette. However, there wasn’t one! I had a mini fridge and a microwave (with a few cups/plates) only. No hob, no means of cooking or cooking utensils etc. I had to use the small bathroom sink to wash up. A bit disappointed with this false advertising :(

Location great in what I think is the best part of Split. Authentic stone house. Safe and secure , easy access , great restaurants virtually at doorstep. A great experience .

Not much to complain about Cheap imitation flooring is degrading. Deserves a better floor. Room a little small but not unusual for the area or type of building.

Fall in Love with Split & lovely hosts

very central situated, 2 minutes walking to the promenade „Riva“ at the seaside. Parking space for free organized by Tina & husband. They took great care, even for „one night“ guests. If somebody looks for a sightseeing hub direct in the historical center of Split: go definitely for it! Hvala Tina!

Nice room in the centre

Nice room in the centre of the town, with distinctive nautic design features. We were on the last floor, enjoying a view and a terrace. Although the space was limited, there were also a small fridge and some tableware available.

Bathroom ventilation was a bit poor, but still allowed for noise coming in from the neighbouring room.

What a service and what a beautiful room!

The nice man showed us where to park our car for free and helped walk with our bags to the room. The room was stunning and clean. The shared terrass outside the room was so beautiful! Big room and big bathroom. Pretty decor. The view from the Windows where out to the old small streets and to the Harbour. Just perfect!

Feel at home in historical surroundings!

Villa Nautica is the best value for money. The rooms are just right in the old town, 5 minutes walk from Dioklecian pallace. The rooms are very clean, well designed, cosy and comfortable. Special thanks to the guests who helped us park the car and were very resposive and nice. There is plenty of restaurants round the corner, an ATM in the building, shops in the next street. It is not ussual to just live in a XVII century building and have a coffe in palace from the IVth. Great experience, Will definitely come back!
