The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and safe. We spent two weeks with 5 adults and 2 little kids. It is well equiped with every useful thing you need for living. It is situated very close to sandy beach, restaurants and general store and in a walking distance to the centre and harbour of Castellammare del Golfo. The landlord and his wife are very nice and helpful. It was one of our best holiday we've had! Grazie mille Salvatore!!!

"Sehr schöne, große, saubere Wohnung mit extra gemütlichem Wohnzimmer und großem Hof und schöner Terrasse. Etwas außerhalb von Castellammare - Entfernung gut zu Fuß zurücklegbar-, dafür maximal 100 m vom Sandstrand entfernt.
Der Vermieter und seine Frau waren wirklich super nett und bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. GRAZIE!!"

Die Lage ist wirklich top. Fußläufig erreichbar und eins der schönsten Strände in der Umgebung. Die Vermieter waren was die Uhrzeit des Check-In und Check-Outs betraf sehr zuvorkommend aber das wars dann auch. Beginnend in der Küche, dass man per Hand spülen muss und nur abgezähltes Geschirr vorhanden war. Die Messer unscharf. Die Klimaanlage ging ständig aus. Haute ständig die Sicherung raus. Die Dusche geschimmelt und die Duschstange kaputt. Handtuchhalter sowas von einem billigem Plastik auch kaputt und hielt noch nicht mal ein kleines Handtuch, fiel ständig runter. Kein Staubsauger, nur Besen. Die Warmdusche hat kein Warmwasser wie angegeben. Nur kalt. Auf dem Foto ist ein Fahrrad und Schlauchboot zu sehen. Nicht vorhanden. Keine Sonnenschirme von Vorgängern. Musste alles gekauft werden. Insgesamt für den Preis zu teuer und daher nicht ganz zufrieden damit.
Es ist eine wirklich schöne Lage und insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung aber es ist nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend und qualitativ nicht dem Preis und Angaben entsprechend.
