ATTENTION - BOOKINGS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - In January 2016 the property underwent a renovation with expansion. All electrical, plumbing and flooring systems have been changed. The new kitchen has been expanded and the bathroom has been moved to another area of the house, creating a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. A bathroom with shower was made in the cottage. A new area for the external shower with hot water was created at the entrance. The property is located in the most panoramic point of Villasimius and has a private swimming pool with sea view, large private garden, porch with table and barbecue and breakfast corner on the golf course, where you can admire sunrise and sunset. The interiors are finely furnished and have every comfort. The villa has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Outside the main house just above the porch there is a small cottage with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

We spent a wonderful two weeks here. The setting is beautiful, and the villa is spotless and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is the best equipped we have experienced! One of the bedrooms is in a charming annex with an en-suite bathroom, which our children shared and loved having their own little space. The villa is wonderfully located a short drive away from Villasimius town and the marina (both have lovely restaurants) and local beaches. Simona was a delightful host, very responsive, and kept in touch with useful information during our stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa and great views….perfect location …however, no hot water for 2 days., little info at check-in; never knew when property managers would show up; laundry got wet never told us that sprinklers go off at 3am…just better communication with written rules in all languages.

Our family has spent two summer vacations, 2014 & 2015, in this wonderful house, and without comparison it's our favorite place for a relaxing vacation. The stunning view together with the friendly atmosphere in the house itself make us dream of yet another visit. Hopefully soon.
