Our stay in this apartment was absolutely delightful! It was the perfect cozy spot for us, offering a comfortable and well-appointed home for the week. I slept in the room with the two twin beds, which were incredibly comfortable. I loved waking up to step onto the terrace right outside my room, enjoying a coffee and a peaceful morning moment. The apartment’s location was fantastic, allowing us to walk everywhere and soak in all that Sestri Levante has to offer. We explored various hikes recommended in the guidebook provided by the host, which helped us get familiar with the area. The espresso machine and coffee were a treat and greatly appreciated. The apartment was just what we needed to feel at ease and relax while exploring the surroundings. On the first morning, we woke up to the vibrant Saturday market in the little square next to the apartment, where we picked up wonderful snacks to enjoy throughout the week when we weren’t dining at one of the town’s fantastic restaurants. We also walked to the train station a few times and took trips to Levanto, which we absolutely loved. It was an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in this beautiful region while staying in a place that felt so welcoming, as if I were an integral part of the community there.

We had an amazing time in Sestri Levante and Monica's apartment was perfect! It is a stunning town, perfectly situated in the middle of Portofino and The Cinque Terre. The beaches are lovely sandy beaches and the old town is stunning! The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk from the old town and very very close to the beaches. The apartment was clean and tidy, exactly what was advertised. Monica was kind enough to leave some lovely treats for us and there were the basics like salt, pepper, washing up liquid etc. We had such a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. We stayed for 7 nights. Thank you Monica for a wonderful stay!

This home was thoughtfully equipped and just a short walk to both beaches and the adorable downtown area. There's easy access to surrounding cities by train and a nearby hiking trail that's a lot of fun. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a great place in a magnificent little beach town.

We loved our stay at Monica’s appartment. Super central, located next to the centre of Sestri Levante with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, train station just a few steps away. Nicely furnished 2-bedroom flat (BEST BEDS we’ve ever experienced!!) for our family with kids. And Monica was quickly available for any questions. We will come back!

The apartment is perfect for exploring this gorgeous area, close to the local beaches and restaurants and also the train station for access to the Cinque Terre. Monica is great and made the whole process very easy and stress free! The internal of the flat is very fresh and clean and there's outside space which is perfect for sitting out in the evenings. Would definitely recommend for those wanting a stay in this amazing part of the world...we'll definitely be back!

We had a great week here with our baby. Monica was a great host-responding immediately to any questions and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen including plastic plates etc for children and a high chair for babies. Great location with everything within short walking distance so you can pop back from the beach etc very easily during the day. Sestri is also well located to do day trips to Cinque Terre and Portofino, and there are some nice hikes in Sestri too which we really enjoyed. Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

We have been to sestri before so we know the area. The apartment is in a ideal location, just off the Main Street In a local setting opposite the vis a vis hotel, its a very clean apartment, nicely furnished and enough space for 4 adults or a couple with children. It also has air conditioning in all rooms which is a big plus especially with the hot nights. It’s also nice and quiet at night, but only a short walk away from the Main Street where it’s full of life, plenty of shops and restaurants. The beach is easy to get to, down the Main Street and easily done in 6 minutes. Only thing the apartment hasn’t got is a microwave which would come in handy with baby’s bottles.

We chose Sestri Levante because of its easy access to Cinque Terre and Portofino, plus it was not overrun with tourists like CT was. This apartment is directly across the street from Hotel Vis a Vis. Go there for a drink or lunch for the panoramic views of Sestri, Portofino, Chiavari ... We drove to Chiavari several times for dinner, took the train to Santa Margarita then 82 bus waiting outside S.M. bus station (separate ticket) to Portofino for lunch.At Sestri L train station, we bought train tickets and an all day Cinque Terre Park pass which covers all day train from Levanto to La Spezia and trail usage in CT; we had to buy a supplement to cover RT Sestri L. to Levanto. Remember to validate your train and bus tickets in the green box. We took the train to Vernazza and hiked from there to Monterosso. It was the only trail open in CT National Park on May16... 2 miles, 2 hours of ups and downs and incredible views ... hike north; it is easier. Start hiking before 9:00 to avoid crowds and heat. Carry watet. The secure private parking space is located about 4 blocks down on the same street. We had our morning cappuccini and cornetti at Dolcezza, 2 blocks away. Great pizza is a few blocks down at I Due Forni, best focaccia at Spiga D'Oro 5-min. walk, train station about 10- min. walk, main pedestrian area with shops and restaurants and 2 beaches 5-min. walk. Apt equipped with heat, a,/c, washer, no dryer but drying racks are provided. The grocery store is downstairs. Very easy to contact Monica using Whatsapp. We left a 300 cash deposit at check in and received it back when we left. We enjjoyed our 4-night stay here.

At the agreed time we were welcomed bij Laura, a friend of Monica, and she showed us the house on a very comfortable way! She told us what things to do and guided me to the parking. The car never left the garage because everything is on walking distance and it's very comfortable to travel by train or boat to explore the fantastic surrounding. I brought my racing bike and it's also very nice to climb the hills. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the equipment of the kitchen was more then sufficient. Airco was absolutely necessary and it worked properly. The kids also loved the apartment and the great Wifi-network ;-) We really had a great week and thank you, Monica, for your hospitality and your swift responses!

We completely enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and with a kitchen full of cookware and tableware. The apartment was bright and airy. The location could not have been better. It was very close to groceries, restaurants, the historic center and the beaches. We also enjoyed how easy it was to get to Cinqua Terra, Santa Margherita and Portofino. The hiking in all locations was extensive. We would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay in Sestri Levante! Thank you, Monica!

Monica's apartment was exactly what we needed -- it is incredibly close to the sea side and everything else one may need. For instance, a grocery store is right downstairs. We traveled with a 3 year old and a 5 months old -- we had toys in the apartment, a high chair, a bed for the baby and a proper bed for our toddler. We were so thankful we did not have to worry about all these items. The apartment was not only wonderfully located but incredibly comfortable. We can't wait to go back! (Monica is also a wonderful host -- incredibly communicative and helpful)

We spent perfect 2 weeks here, and, definitely, I can recommend this place to all. Our apartment (Piazzetta del mercato) was well furnished, clean and comfortable. From your door, you will spend not much than 5 minutes to get the beach area and all main walking streets of Sestri. Air conditioning worked well, believe me, it is very important with such intense heat at this season in Italy! Also the parking place in a nearest garage was a good option, otherwise it's difficult to find a free place for your car during all the time of your stay. In the whole, Sestri-Levante is one of the most attractive places to stay in Ligurian riviera. I hope to come back somewhen. Ciao, Monica and thank you for your hospitality! Dmitry & family

"The apartment and furnishings were very clean and exactly as described and pictured. The location was perfect – an easy, pleasant walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The garage parking was very secure in a modern complex several blocks away. The owner was very friendly (speaks English) and provided an abundance of information about the area and activities. Sestri Levante ist ein sehr nettes Örtchen mit einer wunderschönen Altstadt, einer traumhaften ruhigen, kleinen Bucht & einem klassischen großen Strand und einer herrlichen Umgebung zum Wandern! Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal gelegen, nur eine Querstraße von der Haupteinkaufsstraße entfernt mit schönen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants, nur wenige Minuten zu beiden Stränden, zum Supermarkt, zum Bahnhof...Man gelangt in 30min. sowohl nach Genua als auch nach Cinque Terre. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber und super ausgestattet: Küche einschl. Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlfach, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner mit Klammern und sogar Bügelbrett und -eisen, Fön, Regenschirmen,... Es gibt mehrere kleine Balkons mit ausreichend Platz und Ausstattung, um auch draußen zu essen. Die Vermieter sind total nett und bemüht, haben uns mit Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele versorgt und uns auf schlechtes Wetter hingewiesen, frische Bettwäsche vorbei gebracht, alles super erklärt... Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Eine sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage, unmittelbar an die Altstadt angrenzend. Kleine Einschränkung: Bis ca. Mitternacht war es etwas laut, wer früh schlafen will ist hier falsch. Zum Strand 200 - 300 m, 2 sehr schöne Buchten, die Strände sind auch für kleine Kinder gut geeignet. Die Gastgeberin Monica war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, gab uns viele gute Informationen. Wir würden immer wieder dort hinfahren.

Sowohl Strand, Stadtzentrum, Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss schnell zu erreichen. Monica hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir waren für 10 Tage mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre) in Sestri Levante. Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Zwecke perfekt geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Monica, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte eine Menge guter Informationen und Tipps für uns. Der Ort Sestri Levante ist einfach wünderschön, die Menschen sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Verschiedenste Strände (Sand und Kies) alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Supermärkte in der direkten Umgebung. Die wunderschöne Altstadt ist quasi vor der Haustür. Von Sestri Levante aus kann man zudem die verschiedensten Touren und Unternehmungen machen. Alles in allem ein fantastischer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ort. Wir kommen wieder.
