A villa with a very good location

I love the location of the villa, it is very convenient, the beach is just 50 meters away if not less. The garden and the barbecue area were very nice. The rooms upstairs were spacious . The staff were polite and helpful.

The villa lacks maintenance. Keep in mind the two bedrooms on the ground floor do not have air-con, so you need to keep the door open during the night in order to get some fresh air from the sitting area which has an air-con, but if you aren’t close family members it might be an issue. I am not sure if it is convenient for children under the age of 1. We did ask in advance for two baby cots - it took a day to set them up( which should be done prior arrival though) one of them was a hazard and was missing a mattress, I had to improvise with cushions ..not ideal. The place has plenty of mixed plates, glasses, cooking pots, but need to change the fry pans and the light balls particularly in the kitchen.

Very nice location, perfect for big family, right beside the beach.

This is a very nice villa, a clean & quiet place with big yard, car park, located right beside the beach - almost private beach. Prinos port is nearby (5 min walk on the beach or 1.5km with car) where you can find bank ATM, tavernas & a supermarket. Great beach, perfect for kids - not shallow, no rocks, clean waters. You can find more groceries / meat for the BBQ in Prinos city (3km away, not the Prinos Port). Also every Monday there is a big Farmer's Market in Prinos city, I recommend visiting it.

The location is absolutely perfect, it has a great yard that opens on the beach. Very clean, the staff knows how to make you feel welcome. Everything exceeded our expectatons. We will definetly return

Exceptional! Unique

It is unique for Thassos, indeed. We visit Thassos since 2004 and had quite a few exceptional hosts, so far loved them all. But this is different, it is worth more than the money paid and all our regrets are going into not being able to stay a few days more, or months. This is the place where one would like to move in and live without needing to change anything. It has a optimal outline, plenty of room inside and outside, shade, chairs, sun, dishes, barbeque, beach, see, even the view isn't dull. Beds are comfortable, sofas are, beach-beds are, chairs around the tables are. We had it at the very end of the season and it was a little bit worn off and not impeccable clean but not dirty either, we bet that it gets thoroughly clean till next season. It is the ideally location for an extended family or a small group of adult friends looking for a (still) quiet place on Thassos, avoiding the horde. It is as advertised, in walking distance to tavernas and grocery shops, even to the ferry to Kavalla. And it is beautiful, not too modern nor rustique, has everything it needs and above all is has o good vibe. Aaand Megalo Prinos's Platana is a 10 minutes drive away. Loved it, hope to get back there some day.

Well, we liked it completely, but this is a AAA+++ property for a certain kind of guest, not necessarily for every tourist. It is accessible from the main road by walking or driving a few minutes over a sand track, you have no neighbors, there is no one to show of your uniqueness and state of well-being, therefore nothing for extroverted folks. No music to be heard from the disco, no noisy tourists bathing in front of you. See? A lost of no's...
