About this villa rental
The villa is in a lovely Cypriot village, rural enough to be a lovely relaxing break, but within 15 minutes of each of the town of Larnaca, the coast & the airport to give access to all that is needed. We fell in love with the area many years ago and this is our second home which one day will be hopefully our main home. The whole village is within easy walking distance. The 4-bedroom villa easily sleeps 8 persons. It has a sheltered private pool, and as the back of the house is south facing, the pool & extended sundeck get the sun from early in the morning to its very last rays as it goes down. It is fully equipped to a very high standard with TV, DVD and WIFI internet access. The whole villa has remote controlled air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every room. There is also a car port which can be used for day time shelter from the sun, but also is often used for evening dining, where citronella candles can be used to ward off any insects. 2 minutes walk away a children's playground. A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest beach. Whether you want to laze by the pool or discover the delights of Cyprus there is plenty to see and do for everyone; visiting historical sites, amazing flora & fuana, bird watching (Cyprus is particularly well known for), diving at the world renowned Zenobia wreck off of Larnaca, walking in the Troodos mountains, cycling, horse riding, water sports & much much more.
Above all, the food and the Cypriot welcome are amazing, and everything is great value. We know you will have an amazing holiday on this beautiful island.

This house is brilliant. From start to finish we had a great holiday. Directions and detailed arrival day instructions sent well in advance. Key in lock box. Key holder lives close by I had no need to call on him. I brought my own washing tabs and dishwasher tabs but there were some in the cupboards. Also there was tea coffee spices etc to start the holiday. I replaced any I used. The kitchen is fully stocked with all sorts of cooking essentials, plates, cups, glasses, etc We were never left wanting. We were able to have lovely family dinners around the outside table. The house was very spacious. Big wardrobes in all the bedrooms with one en suite. Ample hot water. Air con was handy but the room fans did a good enough job at night. I kept the blinds down during the day to keep the rooms cool. The outdoor area was relaxing with shaded areas. Good quality table and chairs with sun loungers. The pool was an ample size for swimming. We brought some lilos and left them in the shed for the next guests. Looks like others had done the same.The house is in a residential area. It is 5 mins from the main motorway for travelling to different areas around Cyprus. I was able to visit the mountains and the west and east of the island easily. Lots of beautiful beaches within driving range.If you are thinking about booking this house for your holiday, it will not disappoint.

Lovely, spacious villa in a quiet residential area. Pool area great for relaxing during the day. We liked being able to sit out in the evenings with a Keo beer and watch the stars! Alethriko is great for bird watching, and there are lots of walks across the hills with fantastic views. Phill was really helpful and available if we had any issues. We also had a local contact if necessary, but we didn’t, as we had everything we needed. Ceiling fans in the rooms a big bonus as we then didn’t need to use the air conditioning!

Huset var helt OK, ett hus med 8 personer, men det var endast 4 Solsängar att sola i? Vi åkte till Larnacas fina Stränder de flesta dagarna och det tar med bil ca 15 min. Att tänka på att detta hus ligger på landet, långt från affärer och strand. Och att man måste ha en bil eller två beroende hur många man är i huset.
